Went to Beauty Nail Salon for first time and
Last time in Tunkhannock was very bad I did my gel Manicure and gel pedicure my second day the gel manicure chipped was bad, I call them went again the gel nail they using is not good old and need to throw all this gel colors for the nails out and should buy new one to have the business grow . Bad experience ..

Went in yesterday for a brow wax and it was so badly done. I get that they're busy or whatever but there was only 2 other people there so it wasn't that big of an inconvenience at the time. They acted like it was. The lady didn't say 2 words to me even though I asked her questions, she just ignored me. Did not ask once for me to tilt or move my head but grabbed it and moved it for me. She never checked the temp of the wax so it BURNED my skin because it was hotter than lava but not one word was spoken about that either. I know she noticed too, she still didn't even care. She didn't let me look at them before I left either but I saw why when I got home. She just said done and walked away. I got home and had to pluck them anyway. I feel like maybe she got 3 hairs out! I even gave her a nice tip because I thought she was having a bad day, I wish I didn't. I will never come here again. I have blisters on my eye brows, it is ridiculous.

Fantastic nail salon - VERY nice and accommodating to my requests. Salon is very neat and clean, and they are always busy so an appointment is highly recommended. I have found my new nail salon! ?
