My son bought a car here in June. It’s had to be looked at 6 times already. One repair in Dec cost 525.00 with no estimate given before hand. He just fixed the car and when we placed several calls finally got Bob and was told car was finished and it was 525.00. Had to be brought in for leak. Huge puddle in front of car on floor plus dripping on dashboard, then brought in again for huge puddle in rear of car. Only had car a week and when my son pulled into the driveway there was antifreeze all over. Just had car in for bad vibration when driving car. Had car for 6 days finally car was ready they were going to leave keys in car for my son needed to get back to school for finals and when we went there to pick up car no keys. When went up Thursday morning Bobs response was “ they don’t tell me anything around here, I hope he doesn’t get a ticket rushing back to school”. Now after paying 320.00 car still shakes and Bob refuses to look at it stating I was rude to his staff. There’s a difference between just being rude and being frustrated with the lack of communication in a business especially when it effects your son. And being considered rude when the office girl calls gives a list of what’s wrong with car and when you ask questions her response is “ I don’t know I’m not a mechanic and you can’t talk to the mechanics because she says they can’t be bothered”. When a business is working on your car you have a every right to ask a question before you agree to work being done.

They did a pretty good job car detailing. They just forgot to clean the seat belts crevices. Not a bad place.

Bob & his team are the absolute best. They are quick to schedule you, prompt when working on your vehicles, and don't sell you things you don't need. Pricing is fair & they value your business. No job is too big or small. Highly recommend.

Not a great selection of cars but who does? Sabrina was friendly and efficient. Didn't know a lot about the car but found out quickly. Son bought a car last Friday, seems good. The company seemed fair and honest.
