This company sent plumbing technicians that were not only professional, but personable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were quite efficient. My husband was duly impressed with their service. They went above and beyond what we expected, and were happy to do it. Should we ever have another plumbing issue, they will be our first call.

The technicians who did the work were beyond terrific..they were exceptional!! They worked the entire day till 10 pm to make sure my husband who is battling terminal colon cancer could get back our home the next day!! They not only fixed the plumbing issue but went above and beyond what was expected! Tony & his assistant are not only great plumbers but more importantly they are caring & kind human beings who light up this world with their genuine kindness!! Thanks from the bottom of my heart! I cannot recommend McClain Bros Plumbing enough! They went above and beyond to address an emergency sewer line back up for me. The turnaround time from first call to resolution was impeccable! Everyone I worked with was extremely kind and accommodating. A 5/5 rating is an understatement.

Got this company thru Home Depot. The technician they sent out could not install the bathtub faucet. It is not a "slap on", simple job. Never hear back from them.A vendor to avoid.....This is the response to the vendor's message...I did call at the number that you used to contact me. No one called me back. Your technician ripped open the box that the faucet and its accessories came in. When he realized he could not do the job, he gathered his tools and took with him the draining kit that was part of the faucet. I called, left a message, no one called me back. That kit costs me 20 dollars. I want it back....

Chris is great with customers, this is the second time he has been out to assess and fix a sewage drain problem. 2 separate issues, 2 quick but thorough solutions. Unreliable and non responsive. They did a very poor job. A big subsidence happened at the same place they dug in front of the house. I called them several times and they refused to come and fix it. They said it is raining and we cant put concrete in the rain. They postponed it for two weeks after the rain and then when they came over to fill the “well” they had made, they didnt put any concrete. I said where is the concrete and they said we dont do concrete in this kind of work. Im not sure how necessary was the concrete but they lied and used that as an excuse not to fix their very poor job.You can imagine how horrible it is to have big collapse in front of your house while raining for several days. During those two weeks in front of they house was like a pool and these people didnt care about me and my family.

I just have to let everyone know that this company is on point. This is my second time using them and will definitely continue with them whenever plumbing work is needed. The young lady( I think her name is Nicole) in the office was even able to give me a discount. The whole job was $600.00 cheaper than what another plumber had quoted me. Do not sleep on McClain Bros. PLUMBING AND Heating. Very friendly and professional.

I used this company through insurance and they are truly horrible. I don’t know how they have a business. They never get back to you even though they say they are working on the problem. I had to do the work myself. The customer service is awful. They don’t care.. that is the bottom line, they don’t give a damn about people and their duty as a plumbing and heating BUSINESS. I am a small business owner myself and these people are a laughing stock. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache and time. McClain Bros more like McSuck Bros. Never would recommend.

McClain brother service was excellent. Big Mike and little Mike were extremely knowledgeable in resolving this problem. My only complaint is with an American Water Resources screwing up I work with time and time and time again!Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Scheduled time was 10-2pm, came at 6pm. And this is how my tenant described what was done: Ran the water put his finger in the hole and said looked ok if it happens again they will come back and snake it

I started having issues with my dishwasher I just purchased it was something with the electrical wiring. Also my bedroom outlets were losing power sporadically, Brian was outstanding at finding the issue and correcting the problem.
