“Alex was great!! Very efficient and friendly. I specifically drove 40 minutes to this post office bc of the great reviews. I live 15 min from Lansdale and was not going there bc of the terrible reviews. I was in and out for my passport at this Center Valley post office, thanks to Alex. Thank you”

“The absolute best post office I’ve ever dealt with. Like most people I’ve always dreaded having to go to the post office, but since moving up this way, I actually am happy to go. They are the sweetest, most personable people. The best.”

“I am not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, maybe they're getting this location confused with another one...I always have a great experience when I stop in here!”

“I have lived in Harleysville for 19 years and have always found the staff very pleasant ( especially Cindy) .Sometimes there are lines, but due to cutbacks it’s expected . There has been “fill in “ staff occasionally and maybe not as experienced. Cannot believe some of these nasty comments !!!!”

“Great service after I spoke with one of them about being more accurate in placing mail in the correct mailbox. She listened and been doing a great job. Do appreciate it. Stay safe and best of luck.”

“We need to remember that this post office, like most, serves hundreds, if not thousands, of homes. They are short-staffed, as most businesses are, and often one person is doing the job of 3 or 4. That is not the fault of the tellers. In that I am in there a minimum of three times a week and have been for years, I have watched these people doing their best for us in the strangest and most difficult of situations. I have never heard any one of them curse, deny service or turn someone away UNLESS the office is closing - we all want to go home at closing time.We all want to be treated with respect and kindness - from the people who serve us AND from the people we serve. I applaud anyone who deals with the public for 8, 10, 12 hours a day and can still retain a smile and bubbly personality at the end of every single day.Tom, you lead the pack - it has been a blessing to have you as the caretaker of my packages.Maybe we all need to step back and remember we are human. Sometimes I just ask a normally bubbly postal employee who seems "off" if he or she is having a bad day? You know it brings a smile to his/her face? Sometimes they need human kindness and courtesy just as much as we do.Tom, Caroline, Tiffany, Usha, Brittany, Amy - hugs to you. I couldn't do your job with the same professionalism. Happy New Year!”

“Really appreciated the customer service. Mimi and crew helped intercept a package that was picked up that day that had a slightly different mailing address that I didn’t catch until after I shipped..They found it before it got “lost in the mail” ! Thank you so much!”
