This has to be the worst post office in PA. And the reviews say it all. Not one nice word used to describe it- or the ppl who work in it.
First, If it doesn’t fit in my mailbox- they flat out refuse to drive down to my house to drop off packages because it’s more than 100 feet from my mailbox. And they claim “because the sign says “private roads” and we don’t like to drive down it.” They leave a note, take it back to PO- and there it’ll stay and rot long before they attempt anything. They never do. Then you get a “we threw it out” note. See! Unlike these overpaid and underworked “civil servants” (hahahaha, joke!), the rest of us work all week and cannot get to the post office until NEXT SATURDAY! So I get to wait an extra week on a package that was sent, and paid for, overnight delivery. And when you get there to complain- counter staff just love throwing the mail carrier under the bus, no problem. And they always say $h!t like “well I don’t deliver mail, I’m behind the desk… so there isn’t anything I can do.” 1000% post office SUCKS. Does anyone from the actual Gov read all these terrible reviews? Maybe a supervisor? Because Nothing changes, been this way for years and years. Someone should send the Troy POs “workers” a copy of these reviews. They need to see just how terrible the actual ppl they serve feel about their service. This cannot continue.

They destroy, leave in puddles and generally disregard the mail service. They left my meds on the ground under my mailbox instead of delivering.

Hope they don't have your package they'll almost never deliver it on time, bought a CD and a pair of Scissors. Now I have to go there to do their job for them. Will change review when I start getting my deliveries on time.

I put mail out to be taken and it's never taken like my house is being skipped over. I'm very unpleased and it keeps happening. This issue needs to be fixed. I have bills that need to go out and they don't get pick up until 2 or 3 days later.

They hardly ever answer their phone , today I called 6 times and they answered once and told me to call back later . I have a package that when I track it it says it was delivered to me yesterday at 3:35 pm and left at mailbox but I haven't seen the package , I've gotten nowhere here or the main postal phone number .

There a Joke constantly loosing mail and packages . Never corrects the problems themselves have to do it your self and wait weeks again for a replacement ...
