Great service and I have traded 3 vehicles over the last couple of years. Supervisor Bill and his staff in sales will do everything they can to please the customer. My last trade was for a used truck and they did everything they could to get the price right and make the truck look brand new. I highly recommend this dealer and I really liked purchasing local.

I have heard mechanic speak before and I'll check my security cameras translates into up yours buddy, we didn't do it. I have also been on the opposite side of the coin and had people that when I put a front seal in the transmission, now the windshield washer doesn't work. That's ok it will cost less to fix the truck then a lawyer to get it fixed. Just a lesson if you have a vehicle that is very old fix it yourself.

They refuse to honor GM warranty from another dealership! I moved back to PA from South Carolina and had a issue with something done in SC, this place basically said I have to pay to fix something that wasn't fixed right in SC at a Chevy Dealer! All they had to do was call the other dealership and arrange to bill them! You can be sure what never take anything here or Buy a Truck from them!!! There not the only GM Dealership around!!! And there rates are insane! Almost double what the SC dealership charged for what I needed Fixed! And SC had a higher cost of living than PA! It makes no sense!

Could you verify if you sold this to a 90 some year old woman and then refused to fix? I would like to know if this is true and get a state official to stop in and talk to you about how you pass a car like this for state inspection. How about you save some face and issue an apology and give this woman a safe car to drive for what she paid which I read was $6,500. It’s gonna cost you more in bad publicity if you don’t.

Sold my Grandmother a car with a rotten subframe/engine cradle. Then quoted her $2,000 to fix it and said it was sold “as-is”.
