“I want to make someone aware of my last experience with dominos Friday evening . I work at Troy hospital. We placed our order an hour before our lunch break. When we called the woman told us 35 minutes. 40 minutes later i went to the store to get the pizzas. The pizzas were not done. I was not happy , we ordered ahead of time for a reason. A worker that just happened to show up could tell i was not very happy she asked what was wrong i explained the situation to her. She immediately told me she would take care of it. I explained to her i had to get back to work i was needed on the floor , she told me we do not deliver but i will personally go make and bring your pizza up to you. I am still in shock that someone in this world actually cared enough to take time out of her time to make sure she had a happy customer. I went back to work and sure enough i couldn't believe my eyes she brought them right to my floor. Not sure of her name but she should be recognized for her excellent customer service . As far as the other woman that was actually working that night maybe she should consider a career change. It had been 40 minutes and she hadn't even started my pizzas . And didn't even apologize or recognize that she was in the wrong at all. I will personally be going to the store to speak to the manager so i can find out the lady's name that made the best pizza i ever had and made it possible for us to still have dinner.”
