I recently choose BCW out of a list from my Insurance company. I am glad I chose them. They were professional and personable. They did return calls and emails answering any questions I had . And the work itself is great. I think it was cleaner in the cabin then when I gave it to them too..

The service was excellent everything was so easy and seamless from dropping off the car to picking up the rental car and then being shuttled back to the repair shop on the day of pick up and also the communication with the manager Colton was really on top of things always updating me to let me know what was being done and how long it might be. It was always available if I needed to call him or email him definitely would recommend this place 100%

My experience with Brandywine Coachworks was top notch! They helped me understand the process through all phases, assisted with a loaner car and provided updates each step of the way. When I picked up my car, I scrutinized it in the sunlight and couldn’t even remotely tell where the damage formerly was. My car was detailed inside and out, leaving me with an extremely positive experience from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Brandywine Coachworks to anyone needing auto body repair!

I was involved in a min accident. Brandywine Coach Works in Trooper pa did a fantastic job getting me back on the road. They went above and beyond detailing my vehicle before returning it to me. It looks like a brand new car.

Adam is hands down the best. Kaitlyn at the front is gem so welcoming. This is the second time the trooper location worked on my 2022 mustang premium and saying they exceeded my expectation is an understatement. My car looks fresh off a car lot every time it’s done! Wouldn’t take her anywhere else for body work. Adam is phenomenal, clear communication, goes above and beyond every time to make sure the customer is satisfied !! Hit a deer end of November and BCW in Trooper/Audubon PA did a great job on returning the vehicle to like new condition! Paint work is spectacular, communication was excellent, customer service was great !!Friendly service from all I had contact with!
