Drive thru teller is slow as always and apparently they do not know they are doing with rude manner as I was just there doing my deposit. Unreal this place!

Terrible, went to close out home equity loan and had close out amount and note from loan department that they will have a form to sign to close out account. Teller and manager said they don't have any forms and to call this number for instructions on how to close account. Called number after I left and they said absolutely branch has the form. Back to branch, they find form but have no idea how to fill it out. How do these people keep their jobs. Need to find another bank.

Thought I was the only one but drove 20 minutes to get here since it’s closest to my house during my lunch break. Just wanted 3 courtesy checks, and took teller about 10 minutes to come speak (I was outside) then asked me to fill out form for $3 which the past 4 times I’ve done this they just take it out of my account. It took about 25 minutes for them to figure out I had to come in to do this so my trip here was a waste of time, got back to work late, and nothing was solved. Thought I was the only one with bad experience here until I read reviews. It’s like they are in super slow motion….did I go to a bank in Southern California by mistake and they have doobies in the break room?

Worst bank. Someone open a bank account under my name. Went in and ask to freeze the account until I get everything figured out. They said I can’t because I’m not the one that opened it. But they had all my info and still couldn’t do anything. Because I didn’t open the account. I don’t bank at Wells Fargo at all. Was on the phone for three hours to clear this up. And in the mean time the person was adding a eBay account and others to it. If they would have frozen my account when I was there I wouldn’t be dealing with more headaches. The state police and my lawyer will be dealing with this. Never ever bank at Wells Fargo!!!!!!!

Would not recommend to go here the tellers are are nasty and curse at you for the smallest things especially through the drive-through. I love Wells Fargo I've been a customer for years but the way that Bianca spoke to me as if I was a child makes me want to Close all of my business accounts and my personal accounts with this bank

I went to this branch at 4:30 PM, as I walked in the teller looked up at me, looked away and continued counting money as if she was upset that I came into the bank. There was no one in line and I was looking around for a personal banker. When I was finally approached the banker informed me that they were about to close at 5 PM, when clearly the bank was still open for another 30mins. I had to demand that she see me, when she took me to her desk she had all her belongings packed up as if she was ready to leave.She was basically of no help and told me she would call me the following day. Worst customer experience ever. These people are unbelievable. I decided to use the online system.

Waited 25 minutes in line for a simple cashiers check on a Thursday Morning. One teller on duty. Not sure of their reasoning, but they need to fix it.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady in the office kept pushing me. She just kept talking and talking. Kept saying please my friend listen to me. I thought they were done pressuring customers. I will be taking my accounts to a local bank.
