I just got a bong today maybe like 5PM and I went to go rinse it since I assumed it might be dusty but when I took it out the bubble wrap it smelled like a super strong cleaning product? It reeked super pungent hit my throat when I sniffed it it’s a $25 bong smaller since I wanted one easy to bring to my friends and stuff small and accessible and I noticed these parts of the bong that are see through like as if the paint got worn off there I love vape flow but this is a little concerning they shouldn’t use harsh chemical cleaning products on a bong? Or maybe it’s the cleaning product they use to clean the glass showcase but I’m not sure I feel the cleaning product wore off the paint so must be strong… not smoking out of it I don’t want to get sick I’m returning it asap and I’m too scared to get another bong from there now since they smell like that I love the store and workers overall just sad to see this ☹️☹️☹️??? good shop just don’t buy ur bong there!! (I don’t vape but they seem to have a bunch of good options and good prices I’ve seen a novo 2/$50)

I have been coming here for about 2 years maybe a little more. My friends told me about this place. And I decided to go with them. They mentioned the guy that is almost always there(daytime guy forget names like I forget everything lol) knows his sh!t. So I decided to go since my original vape shop closed due to covid. And they were not wrong. I have not once been made to feel stupid for any question I ask. And the staff is always on point. And whenever I come in the ones I know even once or twice, remember me and some things I said. They have the best recs and have amazing prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else anymore. Even if one opens next door to me I'd rather drive 15 mins to get their customer service. Loyal customer here. Love you guys!

Called the shop to ask what time they were closing because the times listed on google aren’t always accurate. Michael told me they closed at 10 and I even repeated it to him for confirmation that he did indeed say 10pm. I drove 45 minutes arrived at 9:30pm and they were closed which was awful annoying . all the vape shops near me are crummy and I’ve been hearing great things about this location from a coworker so I decided to go and check it out . I understand ppl make mistakes but this mistake costed me waisted time and gas money .
