“I have always enjoyed shopping at DXL (Whitehall Pa.) for years.The variety and styles are on par with what I need.This most recent visit, however, demonstrates their commitment to customer service. I was in need of a very specific style, color and size of a shirt, and while the website said they were, in stock at this particular store, I needed to call and confirm before making long drive. The gentleman that I spoke to at 10:30 in the morning confirmed that they did in fact, have what I needed on the shelf, after stepping away from the phone and seeing from himself.I was able to come in later in the day and make the purchase that I needed.It’s the little things, but these are the things that keep me coming back.”

“Man, do I hate shopping for clothes. I think this all stems from my long and fraught history with The Lehigh Valley Mall. When I was a youngster Paul K., I would spend what felt like eons at that damn mall, pretending I wasn't with my mom, shopping in stores that sold dumb clothes in sizes that never fit me, and wanting to be almost anywhere else (even the Whitehall Mall). After college, I dabbled in online shopping, which always felt to me a little like ordering GrubHub. The pictures look amazing, but then the stuff shows up at your door and you're often disappointed. Sure, I no longer had to go to the mall (any mall!) and I found clothing brands I liked, but the fit was usually off and, also like GrubHub, who is really going to send back an order you don't like? So when assembly88 launched during the early Downtown Allentown revitalization it was like it opened for me. Santo, the owner, had not only curated a varied and extensive selection of really cool clothing, he had placed it all in a space that was everything The Lehigh Valley Mall is not: welcoming, organized, and low-pressure. During the many years I've been shopping here, I've discovered brands like United by Blue, Gitman Bros., and Vuori. Their sales are frequent. The inventory is always fresh. And when Santo isn't there, his staff knows their stuff. And if all that sounds like I love shopping shop for clothes now, well, I'll admit that that's partly true. Yes, I love shopping for clothes now, but only at assembly88.”

“I was in the market for a nice suit for my birthday next month and I was nervous about finding something that I’d love, and that would fit. I looked everywhere, and I thankfully ended my journey here. The associate was SO helpful, so knowledgeable, so respectful and truly helped me feel comfortable! I had to get my measurements done because I needed it tailored to size. Which only took about 10 days or so. When I went to go pick it up, it was such an easy process. I handed my pink slip to the associate, and retrieved my suit. I tried it on and was so happy with the outcome! I was really surprised at how well everything fit. Would highly recommend this store/location if you’re in the market for a suit of good quality! The pricing wasn’t too bad considering suits can be very very expensive. With all that being said, I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you so much!!”

“Awesome experience today at Aero. I had bought some shorts in store over the weekend and after getting them home and trying them on they were not the right fit for me. I came in today to exchange and unfortunately they didn’t have the 5.5 inch inseam in stock. Cole the key holder on staff was super helpful with returning the shirts and getting them ordered online to be delivered. 10/10!”

“A lot of really good deals on women's stuff. My wife and daughter got a ton of things. They had a lot of clearance prices on spring and summer stuff that they will hold onto for next year, and also had all of their fall and some winter clothing out. The merchandise is well made and lasts the wear and tear of everyday use. My wife also gets a lot of work clothes there (she is in hospital administration). They are comfortable and alow her to dress nice at good prices. The men's department has progressively gotten smaller over the years, and carry fewer choices.”

“I purchased a jacket as a Xmas gift and bought the wrong size. I turned around and made another purchase of the correct size. I was so impressed with the timely manner in which they processed and shipped the jacket, especially with it being 1 week before Xmas. I was also very pleased with the fast process of my return and refund of the wrong size jacket. This company is definitely professional and efficient in the way they treat their customers. I will definitely be making purchases from them in the future.”
“They have great prices and right now they're having really good holiday deals the downside they always only have one register open maybe two so it's a long wait in line when it's busy. Also make sure if you need customer service or layaway to go in the correct line which is to the left. If you stand in the sale line you will be redirected and that's a pain. ?”

“Some people say Hot Topic isn't the same anymore, but it's also not the edgy 2000s anymore!The store is always neat and clean. There's never any obstacles (besides people). They're too expensive for me on typical, but I still get specially stuff, like my Sailor Moon swimsuit.That said, I ran into a hitch where online had some MAJOR issues, including sending the wrong sizes. Online didn't/couldn't fix it, but a manager recently fixed the issue by replacing it. Thanks!Nothing I can really complain about save for prices, which is out of the store's control anyhow.”

“Today I was so impressed by a young man's customer service. My daughter wanted a vest up high and he proceeded to take down every single one in order to find her size . He did so gladly and with zippo attitude and while opening dressing rooms for others. I have received attitude for far less from other stores. She even ended up not getting the vest because they didn't have her size , he maintained his good attitude even though he did all that work for nothing. I wish I would have caught his name so he could get recognition. I really appreciated the good customer service as it is really rare these days .The girl who checked us out was also very pleasant.”

“Was in the Lehigh Valley Mall location on Tuesday after striking out at other stores I wandered into Forever 21. Although I did not make a purchase, the staff and the manager that morning were phenomenal. I've been to this location before and had an issue with their assistant managers, but the store manager on Tuesday was very helpful. The employee in the fitting room was extremely helpful as well. They did a great job on the remodel too, I just wish they had plus size though.”
