Fitting rooms are a great size with chair and a rack. The fitting room people always act like your a burden being there. And I'm a friendly as they come. I say hi how you doing and smile and they are like a cardboard box.
As a matter of fact yesterday we were counting the hangers as I was going into the fitting room and she counted a set as 2 so I said no no that's a set and she said no that counts as 2, in a very snotty way and I replied, no it does not, it does not even have its own hanger.
She made me put everything up on the rack to look at it again only to find that I was correct. But then I was the enemy of the state and are was very unhappy.
It's just so comical to me that the fitting room people are usually have a total disregard for any kind of customer service Even though they are a main point of contact and Have a big impact on customer experience.
Fitting room people used to say hey when you're done with those let me know and I'll give you the other ones to try on.
I did that for a living and we were bored just standing there and happy to help.
Be better. Train better.

Rude staff stocking clothes. I asked one if I could scoot past her to look at something, and she rolled her eyes, then she and her co worker started talking about me where I could hear them.

Omg the manager is so rude hanging stuff on top of me when I was looking some clothles. I hear that before but never experienced in the store, just going to different one when I need something. He didn't smile a least no excuse me! No nothing so rude
