1st off greeting as I walked in WAS NOT welcoming, only 1 person on the clock, woman with 3 young ladies waiting, NO HOT WATER couldn't wash, told come back 1:30-2pm another worker coming in.WALK IN'S WELCOME sign SHOULD REALLY BE TAKEN DOWN. Been here several times,even had same stylist doesn't remember me. Not personable at all Will not return or recommend this location

Greeted the moment my Husband and I walked in. We didn't actually need an appointment but I called ahead just in case. Appointments can be made online. Both of us really needed to leave the "Chophouse" Great Clips and finally found a true professional. Naomi was one of the nicest stylists we've met in a while. I'm glad we chose that time to go. Now we have our Go-To. She did a great job. Thank you. The salon had nice music playing and it was very clean and organized. I could tell that this establishment packs in many people at one time because of the many stations. One thing I really missed in a salon was getting my hair washed first. GC doesn't do that ever. That was great!!! Naomi also took her time and was precise in her work. Ty again
