Absolutely the worst Giant store in the area. Kids working the deli don't listen to the order. I never get my lunch meat sliced right, and there's always residual pieces of other stuff on my meat and cheese. Rude cashier always makes for a fun checkout. Just go to another store. VERY BAD!!! No customer service at all.

This giant location is not the best. The workers are usually really young people that don't care about their job, or really old people that just sit there and complain about working there and talk to me for 10 minutes. This location is always out of stock of everything I need. Brands, items etc. every time I come here looking for something I can never find it either because it's out of stock or they just don't have it period. I go to the other giant location in Allentown / the west end on tilghman st and they always have everything I need, the brand and everything. Workers are better trained and I get way better customer service when I'm there. I'd definitely make the extra 5 minute trip to go onto tilghman st I usually waste my time going to this location.

This is my favorite Giant I've been to in the area. It's larger than most and feels newer. Staff has always been friendly and the inside is clean. Never have too much difficulty finding a good parking spot and I like the sales Giant runs. Definitely worth getting the rewards card.

Customer service is hit and miss... One young man on the floor was exceedingly helpful, while the blue-purple short haired lady was patronizing and off-putting. I picked up one bag of chips that was 2 for $5 and checked with nearby staff to see if $2.50 would apply to a single bag purchase. He confirmed that it does, since the sign does not say 2 purchase is necessary. The bag rang up to be $3.99 and I explained to the short blue-purple hair cashier that this is on special and should ring up $2.50, she didn't care. Her response was that well that's what the machine is telling me. Technically, looks like there's an information disconnect between the systems of 'specials' entry is not in the cashier's system. This gap needs more man hours to bring things up to speed. HR wise, the cashier female should have taken the time to verify, but she chose to be unyielding and displaying a put-off attitude by the discrepancy of pricing displayed in her cash machine. I will not be returning to this Giant. I will give my money to Wegmans, Costco and similar where my purchasing process has been smooth, pleasant and my money appreciated. Additional training is highly suggested for the cashiers on handing of process exceptions experienced at their check-out system against prices displayed on the floors Really didn't need the attitude...

An employee who went hunting over the weekend. Has now had covid, he just found out today but he has been at work since being back from hunting. Hopefully you close down and clean!

I can't believe how poorly this store is run! Their effort to social distance actually has more people coming in closer proximity to each other than if they just left it alone.

This place is notorious for bad business practice. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten home and found I was ripped off with a buy one get one free that didn't ring that way - I just took back a 1 pound container ($4.99) of strawberries - I double checked the sign on my way to customer service and when i got there was told i read the sign wrong ---- told him to go check the sign and he instead just gave me my $4.99 back. They know what they are doing! Also take a look at the houses behind the stores their trees and shrubs are full of garbage from Giant - they are the biggest litter bugs in the area. When i called corporate they didn't care at all - gave me lip service, never even took my name. PS they should clean the seafood area it smells horrible.

This Giant is clean and offers everything you need in one stop! There is a Starbucks inside as well. The only downfall of this and all Giants is the fact the the in/out doors cause chaos. It's convenient so expect it to be busy, but never waiting like other box stores to check out! Cashiers are friendly and bag your groceries the RIGHT way!

Great grocery store to go in town. They have every selection you want of your food items. They have gluten free items for people who can not tolerate gluten. They have a awesome meat selection at great prices. Overall wonderful place to go.

I was treated like pure trash when I visited this Giant Store in Trexlertown P.A. Since the deli seems to be short staffed at all giant locations that's my first stop when I start to shop. I ordered and then waited about 2-3 min. I was called up to the counter and asked what can they help me with there was a lady with dark orange curly hair with a cap on so I told her what I wanted she said sure but things went left when I asked her to change her gloves. She rolled her eyes sucked her teeth went to another employee to explain to them I wanted her to change her gloves they both shook there head and laughed. My feelings was completely hurt at that point so she doesn't wash her hands she grabs a pair of gloves comes to the counter and says "that's all" she seemed irritated at this point I could not believe she got so upset made a big deal because it wanted her to change her gLoves because I don't eat beef and that's the last piece of meat she touched... I will never come back to this Store

Great! My only problem is that even after I recommended to be put on automatic monthly refills for my prescription, which needs to be refilled each month, they have yet to do so and every month I have to call and double check that its being filled, but otherwise its an amazing pharmacy, its local, and they are quick (when it comes to filling the prescriptions)
