Murtaza and Mustafa demonstrated callous disregard to their customers and refused to even acknowledge any outreach after they abruptly closed their EBC mail service. The bottom line, they failed to fulfill even rudiments client support. Beware; they even disabled the "Review" section of the Express Business Center (EBC) website to avoid poor comments. Without notice they discontinued the EBC mail service just before Christmas. Returning January 2nd to collect my mail I found the door locked and a posting requiring me to schedule an appointment to even access my mailbox. The staff knew nothing of the details of the closure and attempts to speak to Murtaza or Mustafa were relegated to a subordinate, who wouldn't even directly return my e-mail requesting details about the closure. By the way, over the Christmas holiday, they lost four (4) credit card statements, a real estate tax bill and a bank statement. I spent more time contacting financial institutions correcting the brother's tactlessness than they spent considering the impact on their customers. Deal with Murtaza and Mustafa at your own peril.

I've been a customer of over 3 digital business mailboxes with them for over 3 years. They cancelled my business mailbox with iPostal1 with only 1 week's notice. I didn't have time to transition to a new mailbox before I lost the privileges of my very important mailbox. I now have to update my mailing address with dozens of suppliers including important government information and key business partnerships. Why was it handled this way? Why did you guys cancel the digital mailboxes? I should have at least got sufficient warning so I could make changes before losing my mailbox. But this business gave me no such respect.I would never do business with them again after how they treated me as a long term customer. Terrible business!

I used EBC's notary and then paid for USPS 2 day delivery to send the documents.The post office never received my package. The tracking shows that it was accepted by EBC. I went back to EBC they couldn't tell me what happened to my package. Big mistake using them instead of going directly to post office for shipping documents.

Excellent attention, attitude and courtesy with costumers. I saved $56 when shipping through DHL. They helped me a lot and were very patience with my requests. Great people, was a pleasure doing business with them.

Super friendly but waaaaaay too expensive. Shipped a very small and light item and was charged more for shipping and packaging than the same process at UPS (which is the vendor they used). The upcharge felt very unnecessary.

I was referred to this place to get some finger prints for my elderly dad !procedure he needed in order to get housing, the employee who was taking care of us was very nice and professional!But There was this lady who seemed like the manager who was instructing all employees who were there this lady was so unprofessional and very rude she literally told her employee that we needed to move out of her way like if we would not here here we were right there ,hello we are there for a reason horrible customer service by owners of place unprofessional !the set up is horrible they could have seats for customers!! And we weren’t the only ones there was a Chinese lady did the same thing to her!

Came in this morning to purchase stamps, girl behind the counter acted like I was inconveniencing her. She would not stop talking to her coworker about her infected toenail. Very unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service from store manager/owner is less than acceptable. I was hung up on after the store guaranteed delivery for a certain date. However, the package left their store 4 days AFTER it was dropped off. Needless to say the package NEVER arrived on time. No refund provided nor an apology for their poor package handling. (Tho the store manager did offer the excuse that the package left the store on time but wasn't scanned at the FedEx facility until several days later. Likely story and a half baked attempt to fail to accept any ownership). 5 stars on finger pointing, she did that well!

The store manager lacks customer service skills. My package was not sent as it day in the store, per FedEx shipping history, for 4 days before it was sent. I paid for shipping and was *promised* 3 day delivery per store help. Needless to say package took 7 days to arrive and it was for too the negligence of the store for not having it picked up on time. Store owner took zero accountability suggesting FedEx is to blame.

Express Business Center is a one-stop-shop. I am able to drop off my Amazon returns, ship my packages, and print my documents. The owners are wonderful and you feel like family when you do business here.

The new location was easy to find on Hamilton Blvd and spacious inside. The woman at the counter explained Fed Ex options to me to send a document to my insurance company. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The company received my letter on time.
