“Nice deals, but the staff can sometimes get pushy about closing time. It's gotten better lately, but in the past few months I've had staff stop me and tell me to go to the register or I won't be able to check out 10 mins before close. I get it they want to go home but it doesn't take me 10 minutes to look at their limited cat products in the pet section and make it back up to the register. Also they don't close for 10 mins? I can pick up a lot of things in 10 mins especially if it's like the face products right by the door.”

“Some people say Hot Topic isn't the same anymore, but it's also not the edgy 2000s anymore!The store is always neat and clean. There's never any obstacles (besides people). They're too expensive for me on typical, but I still get specially stuff, like my Sailor Moon swimsuit.That said, I ran into a hitch where online had some MAJOR issues, including sending the wrong sizes. Online didn't/couldn't fix it, but a manager recently fixed the issue by replacing it. Thanks!Nothing I can really complain about save for prices, which is out of the store's control anyhow.”
“I had a fantastic experience in October'23. I was looking for some new hats, and the store had a very large variety of styles to choose from especially for Philadelphia based teams. The store was well organized and clean. The staff was very friendly and not pushy at all. They also had a surprisingly large and well curated selection of Philly sports merchandise (sweatshirts, jerseys, etc.).”

“Had a great experience at this location this past week! Wanted a specific shorts and shirt set for my son that was on sale, but his size wasn’t available in store. Josh ordered the shirt to be shipped to my home, but the shorts weren’t available for him to order or for me to do so online. But he knew when their next shipment was coming, and said he’d look for them and if they happened to get them, put them aside for me. The next afternoon I got a message that they came in, and he put them on hold for me, along with “I know you wanted these for your son’s birthday, I hope he loves them!”. Just so kind and so helpful!”
“Nick and Timmy in specific are incredible! From the moment you walk in, they greet you with such warmth and friendliness that you instantly feel welcomed. The laid-back, chill vibe they project creates an inviting atmosphere, making the store a great place to shop. Even though it’s an hour drive for me, it’s always worth the trip because of how great the experience is with them. Their helpful and positive attitudes make it easy to find what you’re looking for, and they genuinely go the extra mile to ensure you have a great time in the store. “A lot of really good deals on women's stuff. My wife and daughter got a ton of things. They had a lot of clearance prices on spring and summer stuff that they will hold onto for next year, and also had all of their fall and some winter clothing out. The merchandise is well made and lasts the wear and tear of everyday use. My wife also gets a lot of work clothes there (she is in hospital administration). They are comfortable and alow her to dress nice at good prices. The men's department has progressively gotten smaller over the years, and carry fewer choices.”
“FANTASTIC customer service!!! I had initially called the Center Valley location to see whether a dress I was looking for was in stock and was met with such a rude and condescending response. The woman from the Whitehall location, however, was the total opposite! She went out of her way to look up the dress and, when the website was down, had me text her a picture instead — completely above and beyond! I would need we have expected her to suggest this option! It wasn’t in stock, but she suggested another store I could try that always gets new items in first before the other stores. Absolutely amazing customer service! Come to this location, NOT center valley!!!”

“I ordered two shirts online for store pick up today. I was at the mall for something else, but hadn't gotten the email letting me know my purchase was ready to be picked up. I went to express and figured I take a chance and ask them if I can have my items since I was there already. The two gentlemen that helped me today (wish I would have taken their name) asked for my order number and were very nice and got my items for me. I know they didn't have to and could have asked me to wait for the email. I really appreciate the great customer service I received today.”

“Store was smaller than expected with decent variety but my rating is solely based on my customer service experience. I bought 6 items but left with only 3 and didn’t realize it until I got home and settled in. Due to how much I spent on 6 items and only left with 3, I gave myself no choice but to go back and reclaim the remaining items I paid for. I was praying I wouldn’t have to go through any hassle, but when I came back, the items I left were already put to the side with a note specifying that it was forgotten. The cashier responsible for putting my things to the side I believe was KNAOHUE ??? I definitely think I butchered the name I apologize. I value this type of customer service. It might not mean much to other ppl, but this service made my day.”

“Clean location. Very organized and the staff is friendly at the checkout. This is my favorite location. This place is a diamond compared to the Burlington in Whitehall. Managers at Whitehall should take some notes on organization for this place! I highly recommend this location!!!”
