Hector in the furniture dept made shopping in this store a great experience. We went into the store with pictures of a furniture piece we purchased last year. They no longer had it on display so we wasn’t sure if it was in stock. He said he didn’t recognize the piece and I didn’t have any other info on it to give to him other then the photo on my phone. We figured they just didn’t have it. And a short while later he showed up with it. He went to the stock room and searched and found one box they had left with the exact piece we were looking for!! Amazing customer service! Definitely recommending this store and telling them to ask Hector for help!

By far one of the best customer services I’ve experienced. Hector and Jeff and the cashier in shift today were extremely helpful. I was able to buy all my patio furniture and they even assisted getting all my items strapped. Thank you guys!!!!

Big Lots is a discount store. Don't go looking for "high end" items, however, what they have is descent. I find alot of good quality things in home decor, and they're great for seasonal products! I always go to Big Lots first when I'm looking for something that isn't necessarily a lifetime piece, such as bathroom decor or a rug...because the price is right, I can change some decor as frequently as I want. 5 stars! You will find something that you didn't even know you needed or wanted!

Hector from furniture department was very wonderful, his customer service skill was really great. He went above and beyond, he made everything very easy. He has a pleasant personality. Very Helpful!

I just can't say enough about your employer Hector @ Trexlertown store. He helped my mom and dad pick out there new living room set right in time for the holidays. Hector was soooo patient and kind to them. My mom was so impressed with the prices she says this is her new FAVORITE STORE !!PS.. It is a nice store. However, we waited in line and no one showed up to ring us up. There was a staff member but she was pushing shopping carts. There was no one at the front counter. So we left. The store needs to hire more staff members.
