Stopped at this branch five different times. Every time I've visited, they're not open even when their hours say they should be

Originally wrote this on an email but thought it would make sense to post here. Legit only gave a 2 because of the other staff being great. I visited the Horizon Blvd location in Bensalem, PA on 7/24 to open up a joint account with my wife. We were walk-ins and met with one of your financial service employees by the name of Chris C. I'm writing this because we did not have a good experience at all. I've listed below what had transpired during our interactions. 1) As soon as we walked in, Chris stated we could take off our masks as it was only for customers in the lobby. As someone who still doesn't feel completely safe taking it off, we decided to keep them on and thanked him for the option. No more than 3 minutes later, Chris informs he has a cold that he recently developed. I don't understand how someone would tell us to take off our masks in an enclosed room while they knew they had a cold. This is very unprofessional and dangerous. He stated that it wasn't covid because he was tested, but regardless, still harmful as I'm constantly around high risk individuals in my family. 2) During our visit we engaged in small talk. My wife and I stated we recently got married and Chris asked where. We said New Jersey and his response was "let me guess, in Edison?". My wife and I both looked at each other and said "no, in Princeton". On the surface this may not make sense, but Edison has a high South Asian population. He assumed because we were two South Asians, who were getting married, that it could only of been in Edison, NJ. Furthermore, he told us he use to be in a relationship with a South Asian woman, to downplay his behavior as there's no way he could be stereotyping because of that. 3) In this continued small talk, Chris asked what I do for a living and I stated I worked in Biopharma. He asked, because of Covid, if I had insider information to the Wuhan Labs and knew this was going to all happen. I was in complete shock and could only muster out a nervous laugh. I have no idea what his political views are, nor do I care, but that is a ludicrous thing to ask. This is a virus that has killed hundreds of thousands of people and he made it a joke. 4) Staying in the same vein as the Covid conversation, Chris asked me "since that's your line of work, what's your confidence level in the efficacy of the vaccine?". I answered the question and he clearly wasn't a fan of my response and tried to retort with, what I assume is his years of internet research to let me know that "60% of doctors haven't received it". At this point I was no longer interested in keeping a conversation going and replied with "you asked me a question and I gave you an answer. I'm unsure what else you want me to tell you". It was at this point I feel Chris realized that this wasn't going to end well and the conversation, and luckily the meeting, came to an end. I do not understand how an organization could have employees who engage in this type of behavior to loyal customers. I've been a Wells Fargo customer since I could open up an account (back to the Wachovia days) and I've never experienced anything like this anywhere. I understand the world climate we're in today between politics and covid information, but to experience this at a place of business like a bank, is ridiculous. Not only that, but to have our health endangered along with having micro aggressions thrown our way, is wrong.

What is not to like about this branch? It is conveniently located right off The Superhighway (Rt. 1) and right next to a Chick-fil-A! A 24 hour drive-up ATM for deposits or withdrawals. Inside I have never had to wait for any teller transactions.

I thought I was grieving over the unexpected loss of my wife, UNTIL I went to close her account at Wells Fargo. Managers lack capacity and authority to make decisions, all matters MUST go through their legal department, (which is automated nightmare) I witness the bank manager on "hold" with the legal department for over 45 minutes awaiting a decision. I questioned the process which was exaggerated (closed account at competitor bank without incident) bank manager responded: "with all the legal problems at Corporate, they are now trying to do things right." I replied," Yes, at MY EXPENSE!" I had a grueling experience here, email problems, automated call problems, and system update difficulties. Finally, after 3 scheduled appointments, and 5 hours of my life wasted "on hold with their legal department" and the cost of retaining my own Attorney, I have finally been able to close the account. Do yourself a favor, bank elsewhere!

Came here to cash a check that I receive on a weekly basis. The teller was very rude. It took them 30 minutes to cash the check and did not give me a reason why. The service is horrible and I would never bank with them ever.

Not sure how this bank is still open. I went in to cash a check from Wells Fargo and they wanted to charge me $7.5. I'm glad I left years ago.
