Drivers are rude and don't follow simple directions, like not doing trailer exchanges at diesel pumps

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM THEY HIRE YOU BY TEXT MESSAGE, THEY LIE ABOUT THE JOB DESCRIPTION, AND ROB YOU OF YOUR PAY. I SHOULD HAVE KNOW IT WAS A SCAM WHEN I NOTICED THEY HAD NO OFFICE, JUST A YARD TO PARK THEIR TRUCKS, AND THE JOB I APPLIED TO SAID $23+5 FOR FRINGE BENEFITS AND I WAS NEVER PAID THE $5 THEY USED THE EXCUSE IT WAS AN ACCOUNTING ERROR, PLUS THEY FAILED TO PUT IN THE JOB DESCRIPTION THAT THE JOB IS DRIVER LOAD AND UNLOAD, BECAUSE THEY KNOW NO ONE WOULD APPLY, SO THEY PURPOSLEY LEFT THAT OUT AND A CART RAN INTO MY ANKLE, AND PALLET JACK RAN OVER MY FOOT, SO BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY DONT WORK HERE!!! UNLESS YOU LIKE WORKING HARD FOR YOUR CHECK TO BE SHORT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS.

Veltri Inc has been parking its trucks illegally on our residential street in Brooklyn for 7 weeks. They are blatantly breaking overnight commercial storage laws as well as daytime parking laws. I corresponded with them via email to considerately ask they stop doing this in our neighborhood and they refused to help. As a company, they're out to get what they can without regard for anyone else or for local laws. All pictures are of documented times they've broken the law with parking and commercial storage.

I worked for Veltri back in July of 2019 in NJ before I relocated to KY. All these negative reviews compelled me to make my own review a year and a half later. First, I don't see how someone is tailgated on the 95 unless the driver is going extremely slow. Their trucks are governed and the majority of them are equipped with safety sensors that with lock up a tractors brakes if the driver proceeds too closely. Second, I have not once spoken to someone in the office having such a bad day that they will take it out on the driver. Veltri knows that the drivers are the back bone to their company. I have never felt more at home with a company than I did with them. I remember when Lenny May spoke to me like a dad and not like a boss trying to convince me not to make the move to Kentucky. If they were to open up a terminal down here I will go running back to them. You will never find another company like Veltri.Jeremiah Perez

The broker gave my company wrong info for pick up and we told him that it says a different time but the broker said to just go anyways. They waisted my time and diesel. Then we called and turns out the broker blocked our phone number. They are very rude and very unprofessional. Avoid working with them. They’ll be nice at first and then they get attitudes

My husband called about a potential driving job the first man that answered was very rude and short tempered. I told my husband that maybe he was having a bad day and call back another time. The second time he spoke to some woman-I think she was in HR and she acted the same way. Is everyone at that place miserable? My God my husband simply wanted a job for the holidays.

Driver operating a tractor trailer on the NJ Turnpike was one of the most unprofessional truck drivers I've seen in a long time. It's embarrassments like him or her that disgrace the trucking industry. The company should be ashamed to have a momalook like this employed there.Once again VELTRI is a disgrace and embarrassment to the trucking industry.

Drivers need to be careful and exercise SAFE driving. A Veltri driver was driving behind me yesterday-tailgating, honking his horn and high beaming me while driving on I-95 and after we exited off I-95 onto the street.
