This company is the most unprofessional place to work . Former employee who was wrongfully terminated over the phone based upon my apparent disruption in the the warehouse . I had a target on my back since the beginning for mentioning to upper management on several occasions my concerns on several things . Can’t mention them on here but yeah the worst company I have ever worked for and or been in . I am sure they will say I was angry for being terminated and out this on here for retaliation but at the end of the day I have integrity and care about patients where they don’t .

It's been 3 weeks since I started trying to get a prescription and I have experienced hold-ups on every step of the way. First they blamed the Dr's office, but the Dr's Office had no record of their request. After 2 calls and several e-mails, I was told prescription was finally in 6 days ago and would be sent out within 24-48 hrs. As of today, my Portal on their Webpage shows "No Active Orders", so I called today and was told, "looks like ready to be shipped soon". I have run out of my medication.

Good luck getting your meds.Each week a person explains that they don't know what happened but they understand the problem and will see that it get's handled this time. Each time it doesn't happen and a new cheerful person who explains that they don't know what happened but do they understand the problem and will see that it get's handled this time.Rinse, lather repeat.Except email support. They are at least honest and don't pretend to give a damn.

For the most part Transitions Pharmacy is a decent online pharmacy, can't complain to much as everything they supply me is at zero cost to me, as my company pays for some plan. The biggest issue I have is them sending a 3 month supply that expire in less than a month, so technically only 1 of the 6 items sent would be used before they expire. This is a constant problem, I think they see it's not expired and just send, without any forethought that this is expiring in 20 days maybe I should send some other ones that expire past 90 days.

I am very disappointed on how Transition Pharmacy handle my order. The Rx was sent to them on 11/22 and I followed up on 11/27 to confirm they received the order from the MD's office. I also informed them that the system had incorrect information on my account. I was told they did receive the order from the doctor and that they would update the system with my current information. I had to make multiple phone calls to the office to get a status and when I advised I was running low on my medication I was told that they were going to expedite the order. That was Friday, 12/1. Now it is Wednesday and half of my order shipped out yesterday, ground with an ETA of 12/12, and the order half still shows pending pick up from UPS. I even escalated the issue yesterday to a supervisor, Charity and she assured me that they would have all of my medication ship out yesterday. Now they are telling me that they could not expedite the shipping because where the order stood as a status, "it was too far along in the process to make the change". They cannot send out a new order as well so that means I am stuck without medication until next week, oh, and to top it off, I will be out of town so there will not be anyone at home to accept the delivery. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

This is by far THE WORST company I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with!!!! They are CONSTANTLY out of stock and I had to wait 30 days for my last refill! This refill, I have waited 3 weeks and nothing. They took my money at the time of ordering. Called to cancel my order and get a refund. Was told the refund would post in 72 hrs, and then 2 seconds later, low and behold, miraculously, the prescription shipped and they say they arent allowed to issue a refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have had good experiences with Transition Pharmacy. I was on hold for about 5 minutes before Ed P. helped me on the phone and was kind and courteous, even when I had lots of questions. He stayed on the phone with me while I made an account online, which got me a $10 discount! Thanks Ed!

Shipping is horrible on new prescriptions. This is the second time I had a new prescription sent here as Transition, no issues from GoGo, that they have 'sat on' for some reason. My husband has to call and find out why the are not shipping my depression meds. Last one was filled Aug. 10. This is Aug 15 and still has not shipped. I run out of meds tomorrow. Reading others' reviews, I am not sure there are solution meetings happening to take care of these issues. These are people's lives- health and wellbeing- at stake here. This is not something to say you will fix, then not do it.

I tried ramelteon and it did not keep me asleep. I gave it a month or so and still no help sleeping. I called to cancel days before the refill and the person on the other end said no problem then told me about another option. I agreed he said that wouldnt be approved until Monday, no problem. but then they charged me for the cancelled RX?? I have been on the phone for 2 days trying to get thru, asking to call me back and waiting in the queue only to be told to call back when it is not as busy. very dissapointed.

11 days to receive heart meds when you run out in 3. Totally unacceptable! My wife's script shipped the same day and had in 3 days. Jury still out on this transition that's for sure. You need to offer next day delivery. Probably cheaper than the $15 that goes to Walmart to fill that same script. Heart meds should be a priority!

Nightmare!!! The worst customer experience ever!!! Very hard to reach and when someone answers they hang up on the customer. I’ve called many times inquiring about the replacement. Each time I called I was on hold for an average of 30 to 40 minutes. The three times someone answered, two hang up on me immediately after I asked about the replacement.

Very difficult to reach by phone. Has not returned phone calls,I had prescription renewed by physician and the process to give payment information has been difficult. I have called numerous times and always leave a phone number. No one calls back. I have been trying to get this medication for about 3 weeks. ? Please call back your customers!
