“In late June, my car started acting funny and eventually wouldn't go into gear. No warning light came on until the evening it just wouldn't go into gear. I had already scheduled an appointment elsewhere and called my auto insurance provider to have the vehicle towed to that shop. Mark, the owner of Challenger Towing arrived and saw the car wouldn't go into gear. He was fine towing it to the other shop, but said it as most likely the transmission. He mentioned that many newer cars have CVT transmissions and they don't provide as much warning compared to older cars. He took the car to his shop and verified it was the transmission. I'd once said that I'd never pay for a new transmission, but we had just paid the car off two months prior. I had no desire to take on another car payment so quickly. I got the extended warranty on the transmission. I know also know about CVT transmissions and didn't before. When it's time for a new car, I plan to ask if it has a CVT transmission because they tend to only last for 100,000 miles according to my online research. Our Rogue was just under 89,000 miles when the transmission went out. You can trust Challenger Towing - good people, great service.”
“Honest, Fair, will tell you what you actually need and not add on a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They send their customers Christmas cards with coupons and reminders but not overbearingly with the reminders. Only place I will take my car to unless and until I any of that changes.”

“Over 6 months ago my 2013 6 speed manual BMW328i had 'misfiring cylinders?' ,often barely running .Had taken car to my regular mechanic 5 times ! Engine lite kept coming back and running poorly again after a week. One visit to Waynes, they found and repaired misfiring coil and cleaned all other plugs,wires,contacts, etc. Cars been running well since! Reasonable fee. What a relief! Thx Tom! My new shop now. Highly recommend!”

“Great experience! Talked with Jason on the phone and he drove out to Mount Laurel, NJ to look at and pick up the car. The whole process probably took less than 30 mins. Offered fair price for the car (and to drive out to tow it) and paid cash on the spot. Just be honest and you’ll have an easy experience with nice guys and a smooth process. “I need to write this review with honesty. I hit my Tesla Model Y while backing up in the passenger side rear side. It needed dent and paint work. I got the quote from several Tesla approved Collision centers and the quote was PRICEy. Most of them wanted to change the tailgate and the truck door where the actual dent was there. I showed the car to Mike team and they called me after 2 weeks for service. Believe it or not, the quote was much cheaper and they said attempt to fix the dent without replacing it. Mike took exactly a week time to fix the car. They are very much expert in fixing dent and technically sound. Now the car looks like new and no one can recognize the where the dent was. I highly highly recommend if you have any problem in Tesla. They not only expert in body work but also in tire rotation and other services. If you want to fix your car with much cheaper price, my recommendation goes to CARSTAR, Feasterville-Trevose.”
“After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”
