I booked 2 joint rooms for 1 night. I booked this hotel because of their pool. I checked in on a Saturday with no problem. The problem came when a few hours pass and I tried to go swimming and there was a sign saying the pool was close sorry for the inconvenience. I was never told the pool was closed at check in. I went to the front desk to talk to management because I was disappointed I never was told at check in. One of the front desk staff went to get a manager name Amy. Soon as she came out it look like she had an attitude. The first thing that came out her mouth was "There is nothing I can do it's a health hazard on why the pool is closed so if you want to leave you can leave I'll get the housekeeper to check your room so you can go but that's up to you". In a very rude manner. First of all at this point I never told her I wanted to leave and she didn't even give me an opportunity to repeat what my problem was that I told the front desk staff. She then goes on to say that the pool is just an amenity anyway still in a rude way. I said "well that's the point of me booking this hotel was for the amenity ma'am " she then began to repeat herself by saying you can leave if you like just let me know what you want to do. I never felt so upset from a person working at a business. At this point I said let me make a call because I maybe leaving since you keep saying it out your mouth. I felt like she was dismissing my feelings and not trying to hear what I had to say. She obviously didn't care and it showed. Radisson you need to do a better job at training your staff on customer service. I will never come back to this location again. Thanks Amy for nothing. Please look at y'all cameras and hear the audio. For the morning team Crystal and Audrey thank you for listening and your help with this situation.

Very rundown, and old. Was charged much more than what I booked for. There were bugs in the room, and all of the vending machines were all mostly out of stock and quite old. Had several problems with my room key not working. Wifi was decent, that is about the only good thing I can

One of the guests in our party was given the wrong room/key. She opened the door to find luggage already in that room. Then, the front desk staff acted like it was her fault for having the wrong key. Lobby area and bar were nice but the rooms were not so clean. There were literally dust balls covering the wall above our bed. There was a nasty smell coming from the vent in the bathroom, so much so that we could not turn the fan on or it blew the stench into the bathroom. Other guests said they had the same issue, foul smell coming from the vents.

We stayed at this hotel Nov 3rd and 4th, and we left covered in bed bug bites!! Our doctor confirmed that the bites are from bed bugs. When we checked out of the hotel we informed the front desk about the bites, but when I called 3 days later to tell them the bite were confirmed to be bed bugs, the front desk person hung up on me. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!Rooms: We had bedbugs in our room! We were covered in bites after our 2 night stay.

The room was dark and had an odd smell. The bathroom is way too small and gross. The tub had huge brownish/red stains on it. We checked in, looked around, and literally left and went to another hotel.

This was my first time visiting this hotel. I was here for 2 nights. We stayed in room 556 with 2 full-size beds. Each bed had 4 soft pillows and was comfortable to me. The door lock needs to be adjusted. My roommate had trouble opening the door sometimes. The fan in the bathroom was loud, the tub needed to be reglazed, and the tub drained too slow. The shower water pressure was like a firehose. The room was really clean, with a nice size flatscreen tv, a full size mirror, a sitting chair, a small bench, a small desk with chair, a single cup coffee maker, a small refrigerator, an iron/ironing board, 2 complimentary 16oz water bottles, coffee, tea, cups, and sugar. Customer service at the desk was the only interaction that I had with hotel staff and was great.

Don't stay here it's DISGUSTING!! Was in a wedding and stayed under a wedding block that was made months ago. They overbooked the hotel that weekend so staff were banging on multiple guests doors telling them they had to get out the day of the wedding and deactivated their room key cards. The rooms have a musty old smell, sheets were clearly not washed, the room had things left in it from the previous guests, the toilet was gurgling all night and two of the lamps broke and were stuck on so had to be unplugged. This hotel needs a serious renovation. The price for a room is also a bit steep for what kind of place you're walking into.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding. The staff was wonderful. They were kind and patient! When we booked the hotel, it clearly says in the contract that the hotel is owned by the Chinese government. I just think the owners don't want to put any money into it and just don't care. Sadly, it is very outdated. The common areas, like elevators, were filthy. Our room was clean, but very outdated. I know a lot of families go here for the convenient location to Sesame Place. It does have a pool, but I would go somewhere else.

The reason for the two star was because hotel room is old and outdated, worn carpet, rust in bathroom tub and toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Staff was courteous and explained they are in the process of renovating and apologized for the experience. I will not return to this location due to my experience. For this experience they should be offering complimentary breakfast services until these issues are fixed because of similar complaints.Rooms: Very outdated room and bathroomWalkability: Close to gas stations and convenience stores

First time staying there my room looked very clean best one I ever stayed at . Turn on the AC had a bad smell after first night my room smelled like mold . They made it right giveing me a new room but the room was not as clean as the first one . If I would stay again yes .hope next time the already fix everything.

The worst experience I ever had in my entire life. I cannot even explain myself. Everything is dirty there and smell at urine and crack. Please don't ever go there even if you don't have enough money to pay a hotel. You can get sick by the smell. Bad experience

We stayed there for a wedding in another location. The rooms was nice and clean. However our room never got cleaned.. location not too bad..it was ok and there was no microwave..Rooms: There was no microwave in the room but it did have a fridge..

The employees here are very friendly. The downstairs is kept nice. Beautiful pool area and the food at the bar is pretty good!Unfortunately the rooms themselves are gross! As soon as I opened the door to my room, I noticed the stench. There was little effort put into the cleaning. Crumbs were on the floor. The bath tub looked dirty and the carpet felt sticky.I was laying on the bed and kept hearing weird noises. I lifted the mattress and found crackers of some sort smashed all underneath! You guys NEED to do a better job cleaning. This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. The rooms are outdated as well. I’d say it’s time for a remodel.Due to this, I informed my employer and they are relocating me elsewhere.
