Chris was an excellent communicator. She kept us informed throughout the entire loan process, and was very good at explaining all of our options throughout the process. We had to contact her on weekends and during evenings and she was always available and more than happy to help! I would highly recommend Chris!

My wife and I went with Presidential based on a referral through our agent. Initially there was a great deal of attention and care trying to commit us, but as soon as we signed it was very different. Often multiple requests needed to be submitted for numbers, almost as if we were a bother. The only time we felt we were being treated as a priority was when we got our agent involved. There was a oversight in their lending policy that disqualified half our household income 5 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING! This was shared to us via EMAIL, almost costing us our home, no priority to this company. I will not be recommending services from lender to anyone.
