CrossFit can be intimidating but the coaches at T1 make it truly accessible to every athletes ability which is part of the beauty of CrossFit you can scale and still push yourself to get better every time you walk in the gym. T1 has become my home away from home and I look forward to getting to the gym as often as possible! I couldn’t recommend trying T1 highly enough!”

There are members from all different fitness levels and all of the coaches take the time to meet them at their level. Everyone I’ve encountered has been incredibly welcoming and encouraging. It’s a great community to be a part of! The gym is always clean and well maintained!”

“Stephanie, this location's manager, took a personal, caring, and empathetic interest in my situation. She understood all that I have been through, health wise, and the challenges I must deal with daily as a result. She personally followed up and was successful in returning money which was automatically debited during the times when I was having surgery and while in the hospital, since I obviously could not even get to the facility, let alone utilize its services, equipment, and amenities. Lastly, she will be conferring with her resident expert trainer, Emily, in order to come up with the absolute best plan and strategy in order for me to continue my recovery, along with the therapy which was administered during my 6 week, hospital supervised, cardiac rehab program program, so I can continue to strengthen and make sure my body has little or no setbacks, moving forward! This is NOT what you would expect from the average Planet Fitness location, and why you really need to consider starting or transferring your membership here! I have no doubt you will get far more from Stephanie and Emily, which will exceed your expectations!”

“Orange Theory is well worth the investment. I love the fact that it is heart rate driven and as a result I can see in real time how hard I am working. You get an intense, well-rounded workout in ~1 hour with the added bonuses of coaching engagement and a community spirit.”
“If you’re looking for a gym, look no further. I have been going to this gym for 3 years now. The classes are awesome. I have been doing personal training for 1-1/2 years now & that just elevated my fitness journey. I am at the lowest weight I’ve been in years, but not only that, I feel better than ever. I have done personal training with Atom & Amy, & they are the best, very knowledgeable. They have helped in everything, including my performance after my knee replacement. I have done classes with all the trainers, and they are all great. Each of the trainers will go out of their way to help you with any fitness goal you have. To add to the great trainers, the other gym members encourage & inspire you. I look forward to my workouts, & it never feels like a chore to go to the gym. I am happy to be a part of the AOF family.”

After 7 years away from CrossFit the coaches took the time to help me scale and figure out where I am. I was a bit nervous walking through the door day one but that went away within 30 seconds. If you’re considering CrossFit I highly recommend giving 267 a try.”

After a thorough assessment of my strength, balance, and fitness level, Michael proceeded to teach me what I can do to improve in those areas. On our 3rd session he met me at the gym in my 55+ community. There he showed me how to best use the weights and equipment available to me. He set up a program that I can follow, and provided me with a fitness binder that includes pictures and descriptions of the many exercises I can perform using weights, machines, or just my body. Together we found the right amount of weight that is safe for me to use while building my strength. These sessions and the knowledge Michael provided has empowered me to feel confident in the gym and confident that I can improve my strength, balance , and fitness level. Michael is extremely professional and kind. My safety was a priority for him at all times. I highly recommend Michael Katz to help you reach your fitness goals.”
