Let me start off by saying this is a great community with some great neighbors. I've never had major issues here. It's generally quiet and you can feel pretty safe taking a walk at night. Maintenance (in my experience) has been quick to respond and fix issues. I do think the laundry machines are a bit costly to use especially with the price of the rent here but atleast the option is there.I've lived here 2 years so far and the pool has never been open, but they continue to advertise the pool in their marketing materials as an amenity. Despite the lack of pool, my rent has been raised by roughly 10% each year. I'm essentially funding the repairs of a pool I've never swam in and if management continues to raise the rent like they have been, I will likely never get to swim in it after the repairs are complete.

They false advertise a pool that has been closed for 2-3 years already & maintenance says will most likely not be fixed. Hallways smell like mildew and there’s a mouse problem. Office staff are rude and dismissive. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues such as closet doors, broken vents, etc. They raise the rent yearly, as the quality decreases. Love it here been here now for a year and 1/2. The only thing that has been not great lately is maintenance. I would put in a request on the portal it will get sent too a technician and then no one shows up. The last thing I needed fixed my boyfriend ended up just fixing it who lives with me there.

This is my first apartment and I couldn't of had a better experience living here. I've been here since September of last year. The location is near everything! so convenient. This place is also safe, respectful, quiet and clean. I've called maintenance maybe once regarding a small fix such as my fridge door. Id say I'm honestly sad to leave and the only reason I am is to have more space. If anyone is looking in this area and wants an affordable , safe and clean community don't hesitate to chose Colonial Point Apartments!

I have lived here for almost 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say regarding pricing leasing terms and responsiveness. The management staff is very friendly genuine and understanding (especially during the pandemic) and the maintenance is responsive. Tenant parking and visitor parking is reasonable and the area feels safe. Veronica and the office staff have been wonderful during those 4 years and i hope to continue a positive living arrangement for many years to come. Thank you for all that you do. It is appreciated.

Extremely happy with my stay at Colonial Point Apartment at Bensalem.Management: Management was very friendly and helpful. They were always available for support needed. I hardly required any maintenance request but whenever requested, I had timely response and the service.Apartments:I was looking for a furnished apartment and there were very limited options available in Philly and I was lucky to find one fully furnished at Colonial Point apartmentsLocation:Colonial point was very close to some key outlets like Indian Grocery, Walmart, Target, Hospitals, Philadelphia mall. This was a very big advantage.Lastly, move out process was also very smooth and they did accommodate my last minute request to extend by 2 weeks which I would be again Thankful.

a nice and clean place to be. me and my boyfriend moved in recently and so far so good. quick with maintenance too. if u are looking for a place to live i would definitely recommend it!

Bed bugs twice in 1 year (and that’s after a 3 week professional chemical treatment after finding them the first time). Management DOES NOT CARE. They are nonchalant and act like this is a normal thing. Mice in apartments as well, even after exterminator came out. Mold in the washer and dryer (shared laundry). Management does the bare minimum to address the infestation issue and just acts like you are bothering them. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I've lived here for two years and honestly can say that I love living here. It's a safe, neighbors are respectful and affordable and accessible to my office in Philly.Landscaping very well maintained, actually was surprised in comparison to other places I've lived. Spring and Fall here is beautiful with all the flowers they plant every year. With COVID, i've been working remotely so it's been an adjustment, I haven't had any issues with conference calls/wifi connectivity. Shout out to Veronica for making my experience great these years! Good work ladies at the office

Quite terrible place. Beg and pleaded me to change my rating to a 5 star cuz they left my father in a flooded mold filled apartment and weren't planning on moving him until threats to media were made and I posted about it. Plus not to mention shady things all over the neighborhood and rude

We were being there since 2016 and we stayed 4.2 years. We started our family and our son born there. We have too many sweet memories. Colonial point location also great, everything nearby, immediately you can enter all the Highway, US-1, PA Turnpike, US 63, street Road, Rosevelt Blvd. Ms Veronique, Ms Jennifer and other Management people are very friendly, proactive in maintaining the property and always take care of any problems immediately. In our eyes this is the best management ever. We change state from PA to Texas, that’s why we moved out. And management is too good that in this Covid-19 situation, they asked us, if we want we can stay, even though our rental agreement already finished but they want to extend. Definitely we are recommending our friends and know people to stay this apartment. Every apartment having Long balcony (that is rear in other apartment complex) you can use this for too many purpose. Every year we did gardening. Our son and we enjoyed our gardening all this years, that all our great memories. Thanks to them from bottom of our heart.

I can not say enough good things about everyone here. From the staff owner and all the people who live here I needed a place asap to get my grands from foster care to adoption. The team here were so compassionate and accommodating they rushed me into the apt and in a few month's the girls and I were in a 2 bedroom. The community here is unbelievable everyone is very kind warm and loving. We all look out for each other. Oh did I mention we have a pool in our backyard and we don't have to maintain it...we all have a blast..Not going anywhere soon. This is why neighbors live here for 20 plus years.

I haven't moved in yet, I will be meeting with Veronica on Friday. However, I still feel the need to express how grateful I am that a woman like her exists! She has been nothing but kind, sweet and understanding! I'm not sure there are many other landlords out there like her but she has gone above and beyond in helping me with this process! I'm excited to start my journey with Colonial Point!!
