We arrived from the Southern tip of Florida to PA not knowing what to expect. To be treated with such kindness is priceless, we rented a very nice Toyota Prius - an absolute fuel saver for all the driving we did in the surrounding counties for the two months that we were working there. - Any concerns we addressed to Ivan would leave us comforted knowimg that he had our back & wasn't out to rip us off. It made our stay just so much more manageable as we were dealing with our own challenges that arose but nothing major.
I would absolutely rent again from Ivan, no doubt about it. Thank you Ivan for going above & beyond our expectations.

“I recently rented a car from Newtown, PA for a return to a Manhattan NYC branch - unfortunately, there were some issues with the car I picked up from Newtown (no fault of any Enterprise employee or company - the car’s gas cap wouldn’t open so we were unable to fill the gas tank). The employees at the Newtown branch, Megan Durkot and Grace Hardesty, both went above and beyond to help us with this issue, such as calling a Mercedes Benz dealership to help troubleshoot, and ultimately got us quickly on our way with a different car when the issue couldn’t be resolved so we could make it home in time. They were so courteous and had a smile on their faces the entire time they were helping us despite the stressful situation they were dealing with, especially with multiple customers in the branch office at the time.
