Altruix (Banks Apothecary) is & has been fantastic with my medication. I wish they did more than just specialty meds, because they’re so good. They call to set up everything, they’re excellent at following up. I have never had a single issue with them. I know exactly when my meds are coming & they get here fast. I wish more places were this great & reliable. They even send me a little treat with my meds! Thank you, it’s appreciated!

I love working with this Specialty Pharmacy. I work as a coordinator, and have to coordinate my patient's medication deliveries. Banks is so easy to work with, there's never any wait times on the phone, they're so friendly, and they deliver their medication with chocolates. I love this place. They are bar far better than any other pharmacy I have to work with!!

Banks is Amazing! I am a Nurse Manager for an outpatient practice in Chester County, PA and we order a lot of Maintenance Specialty Medications for Addiction and they are wonderful to deal with. Much Better than any other specialty pharmacy. They are in network with just about all insurances. They are our go to and Number 1 Choice! (and they send us candy too.)

In my position as a nurse who works at a Drug and Alcohol Outpatient facility, we use pharmacies for speciality medications on a weekly basis. I must say that the staff at Bank's Apothecary are fantastic. You can always get in touch with them during business hours and I was provided with emails for the staff I work with mostly and they are always quick to respond and help.They at times have spent time that they didn't have to trying to help me solve a problem that was not theirs to solve. Their lead pharmacist Sam is also eager to help and always keeps in touch to make sure our needs are met. Their processes are easy for quick shipment and delivery of medications. Highly recommend using them for any specialty medications that can be filled by them!

In my role as a mobile nurse care manager, I've worked with Banks Apothecary for years. The lead pharmacist, Sam, and his staff are fantastic, and go above and beyond to ensure our patients get the medications they require. Banks staff pay attention to detail, process scripts and deliver medication promptly. Staff respond quickly to calls and email and help with insurance-related issues when necessary. I love the service Banks provides and would highly recommend this specialty pharmacy.

This company is very professional and dedicated to their work. I have been with them through our company and use their services for the past 3 years. They are efficient and affective. They are very reliable and easy to communicate with. They do truly to help with Prior AUTH's for medications when necessary as well. Honestly we are glad that we are able to work with such a great team.

We love everything about working with Banks. They are very attentive and ensure great customer service to their clients. We use their services for our residential programs as well as our outpatient going on 4 years. I never get a person I don't know. Everyone is pleasant and always willing to help. The service and staff at Bank's Apothecary are exceptional. They will always respond quickly, can make difficult processes easier, and are endlessly Reliable! As a provider Banks saves myself and staff hours of time that would be spent on the phone with other pharmacies. Not to mention they always add an extra treat to their shipments.
