I intended to sell it shortly after I purchased it so I didn't want to have the expense of erecting other buildings on site to protect my building supplies and tools. The rates are more than competitive and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can say that they literally bent over backwards to help me. Special thanks to Amy, who went above and beyond to help me. It is hands down, the best storage facility that I have ever used. I highly recommend them.”

“When the movers arrived with my possessions, my unit was locked so I had to make other arrangements but the owner responded promptly and explained that my unit was one of the new ones that hadn't been unlocked yet. He also gave me a month for free and he was very professional. I would've given 5 stars but I cleared my unit on 08/06 and sent a message through the portal, didn't hear back for 2 weeks and couldn't reach anyone by phone. So I sent an email straight from my personal email address and asked if I would be refunded for the remainder of the month since I only used it for 6 days of August and whether or not I would be getting my deposit back. I got a response back quickly but all it said was "Lease closed" with no response to my question. I responded back to please let me know about the refund and deposit but still haven't heard back about it.Update: I wasn't able to respond to the comment from DMS but 70 wasn't my unit number.”

“Lot is gravel, but can be very tight for larger RV's to turn around, but is possible to maneuver most. We managed it with a 32' 5er on an extended cab long bed 4×4 (44' total length when hitched)”
