Ryan did a wonderful job on an unexpected drywall repair due to condensation froma pipe. He diagnosed the issue, remediated the problem, patched it back up and painted. I was so pleased as you could not even tell there was ever a repair. On top of that his prices are more than fair. Thanks Ryan- we won’t hesitate to use you again!

We had a small leak, coming from the roof, in a tenant’s apartment. The repair needed to be done above the bed. Ryan took care of the issue with little to no sanding needing to be done, could barely tell that any repairs were done. The tenant and I were truly impressed and appreciative of the care he showed and the lack of cleanup needed. He madesure everything was covered, showed upwhen he said he would and was very reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and work. Ryan repaired the finished basement ceiling due to water leak above. The quality of work is high. The damage is unnoticeable after the repair.
