AVOID this Nail Salon! Horrible service, and poor quality. My daughter and her friend went there. I called them ahead of time to get pricing. It was $30. While she was there she told them the length she wanted and they said “no shorter” and proceeded to do what they wanted after 3 times of her telling them no longer! I told her to give them a tip. She handed them two $20’s and refused to give her change and said $10 for tip. I’m sorry but it is up to the customer how much to tip AND they honestly didn’t deserve one at all. THREE DAYS later ALL her nails started coming off!! They took advantage of 2 teenage girls. My daughters friend had the same thing happen. Took her money for tip and all of hers came off too!

Always so professional and nice. Love this salon! Just call before to make an appointment. Seriously the best I have found in the area.

Really don't know how they stay in business. Only 2 people working. While I was there at least 6 people called or came in and were told no appointments available until next day. I guess that is why they charge $29 for a plain pedicure. The pedicure I received was fine, nothing special.

My daughter and I had a Mani and pedicure for the first time. Great experience! Pedicure was amazing and staff friendly. Highly recommend!

Horrible first experience. My gel manicure was rushed without even a hand soaking. I barely got 4 days out of it before the gel started peeling. Not worth the extra cost. I have gotten cheaper gel manicures that have lasted weeks. Never going here again except to get a refund.

I was hesitated to come this place because some reviews sounds scary. The management has been changed a year ago and I had decent time here. Staffs were quiet but polite. Gel manicure lasts more than three weeks.

I finally found a great nail salon-but sadly I live 3000 miles away! I was in town for a wedding and my nails were a mess. I saw a yelp review for a place near here and couldn't find it, but I (fortunately) found The Nails II! Stilla did a stellar job. I am pleased with the service, the way my nails look, and the reasonable price. I won't be back soon, but wish I could be.

This school is great! Fabulous location, wonderful prices and awesome staff! Everyone is so nice and attentive. Abby the teacher is always professional and helping her students learn. She’s very passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to her students. You can see how they respect her and listen when she’s in teaching mode. Her customer service skills are top notch even when she has her hands full. Great on the job training for the students! I highly recommend TSPA for anyone

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service . PLEASE STAY FROM THIS Place.
Staff are very rude and arrogant. She Said Mani & Pedi was $35.00 and with out a massage who does that there days . When I asked her why, she said I can leave. Seriously Who talks to customers like that.
If you really want to get your Nails done please go to collegeville Nails Down the street they do an amazing Mani & Pedi for $35.00 with full massage.
I feel people like this should not be in business where they don’t have any respect or value for customers.
I really hope they shut down soon. Again please stay away not worth going to this place.
