My prescription wasn't correct. When I went back, I guess the Dr was on lunch break but "helped" me anyway. I couldn't see with the contact prescription she prescribed, and when I told her, she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and she couldn't help me further...
I left and never went back. This was roughly 2020.

I wrote a bad review a few days ago, about a billing issue I had with MyEyeDoc. I do want to stress that I love the doctors here and I never had any attention of leaving this practice. As of today the issue has been resolved through the help of Joe the office manager. He did not sugar coat anything a mistake was made which should not have taken this long to correct, he made the correction, apologized and all is fixed. Thank you Joe for fixing the issue and your kindness. See you next year for my exam.

Kayla was absolutely amazing throughout my entire experience! She helped me choose the perfect glasses, select new frames, and even order contacts. On top of that, she went above and beyond by finding great deals to help me save money. Then, she assisted my mom and dad in picking out their new glasses too. Her assistance made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free! She kept me updated every step of the way on the progress of my glasses, which was incredibly helpful since I had moved to Philly and needed to make a special trip back to pick them up. My parents had nothing but wonderful things to say about her as well. I truly couldn’t have asked for better service!

I was in on Oct 8 for my annual exam. I had been tested and measured for new progressive glasses and had selected frames. I was quoted a high out of pocket, over $400, and did not have the money at that time. I asked Kayla to save my info so I could call to order when I could afford. I called on 10/28 to order my glasses and was told they have no record of what I had selected.
I tried to explain what I had selected and was asked did they measure me. She then quoted me almost $200 more. Needless to say I am extremely dissatisfied at the lack of record and customer service.
Can someone that actually manages or owns this office contact me.

I came in with both my son's for eye exams and to get fitted for new glasses. We saw Dr. Malikkal, and she was wonderful with all of us, but especially my 5 year old, who required lots of help and redirection during his exam. She was extremely patient and skilled in working with younger kids. Joe, the store manager, was also extremely helpful in helping all of us find frames that suited us and that we were happy with. I used to go to LensCrafters and always felt rushed and/or ignored. Joe really took his time with us to make sure we were fully satisfied with our purchases. This was an entirely positive experience and we'll definitely be coming back.

I took my friend here so she could get her glasses adjusted and we were seen very shortly after arrival even though we didn't make an appointment. Everybody was very kind and very helpful. Love this place!

I came in to get my eyeglasses adjusted . I waited come for over a half an hour, every time someone came in to get a new prescription that person was taken before me. There's no first come first serve here It's who's paying for glasses that's who gets waited on!!! Yes they're sorry I hear that but I shouldn't have to wait so long just to get my glasses adjusted. My time is just as precious as the next person. Maybe you need to hire more people! Customer service sucks here!!

It was easy to make an appointment for myself and my daughter online. The staff was welcoming and kind. We both saw Dr. Wise, who was patient, knowledgeable, thorough and very kind. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Wise to anyone looking for an optometrist.

In August, I came in for a routine eye exam, and Dr. Sarah Wise caught some swelling at the back of my eyes. It turned out that I had a brain tumor the size of a tennis ball. If it wasn’t for Dr. Wise and her team, I could have died.
