“I usually have a terrible time getting blood work done as I get nauseous to the point of almost fainting, but at this LabCorp, I had a great experience due to the staff who did the blood work. She was super attentive and was great at distracting me that this is the first time I have walked in and out quickly and without feeling ill. I would definitely go again whenever I need blood work done!”

“The phlebotomist Sky was very professional and did a very good job. I usually have problems with blood withdrawal due to small veins but she was very thoughtful and used a butterfly. The lab was very neat and it was quick. I went 15 mins before my appointment but did not have to wait.”

“I had an 8:15am appointment on a Wednesday for routine lab work before I went to work. I walked in the door and, to my surprise, there was no one in the waiting room. The individual at the front desk asked me to sign in using the kiosk. Her name turned out to be Idreesa, and she was absolutely fantastic. We hit it off right away talking about our shared primary care physician and our happiness with her, her long tenure at Labcorp, etc. She was beyond friendly, helpful, and made the overall experience a good one. She provided exceptional service, which is not always the case at Labcorp (or anywhere for that matter!). Given my experience and the fact that this location is 5 minutes from my house, I will never go to another location. No need to when you have a provider like Idreesa! Please give this wonderful woman a raise because she truly deserves it!”

“This particular visit I got there early and was out of there before my appointment time which was terrific. However each experience can vary depending on who is assisting you . The person today who assisted me spoke in a condescending manner, and that may or may not have been the intention,; however it is very disrespectful and ignorant. But besides that got what I needed done ??”

“I was there in June 2023. I had an appointment and there was no waiting, in fact no one else was in the waiting room. She took me right back and I was out pretty quickly. The tech was kind, professional and I wish I could remember her name to give her positive recognition. It would be nice if they had Saturday hours. Best Quest I’ve been to.”

With an appointment, I'm always seen very promptly, and everyone there is really nice. I had to go to another location recently, and it was not a good experience. The Gilbertsville location has been the best one I've been to.”

Dana was extremely kind and awesome at making the process as simple and efficient as possible.As long as you have an appointment and show up understanding they close at 3, I don't see why you should have any issues here.”
