I went to this salo. because they use Aveda products. However, I have to agree with Marilyn and Pete.Customer servcie is compleltly lacking and the sylist I I was sent to, Leanne, doesn't know how to cut hair. First, it is NOT a realxing atmoshere and there are no amenities; I was not ofered even a glass of water, and having someone elses kids hang around IS NOT pleasant for the rest of us. SECOND, there was a FIVE inch difference in the back between layers of my shoulder length hair, with the shortest layer cut to about 3 inches, creating an ugly mullet. All Lianne had to do was follow the line of a prior cut and she was unable to do so. Sara, who is a sylist and manager argued with me and became defensive about a re-do. I did not want to go back to Lianne but she insisted that either Lianne who messed it up would fix it or I'd not only have to pay full price for another stylist, but pay significantly more than the bad cut from Lianne. She did not wash or even wet my dirty hair and sara seemd angry that I wanted it fixed at all. I spoke to the owner after who said I made her staff uncomfortable, though i sat silently and Sara had to cut in and slavage my hair because Lianne was making an even bigger mess. Terrible experience. Stay away.

I had a wonderful first visit to bless! Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, fun to rap with and skillful! I have challenging hair to style without product, but my body does not love product. She was able to show me how to style my hair and gave me pointers on lots of little things that I wouldn't have thought of. I'm excited that I finally have found a salon that I want to make regular appointments. She has a family friendly establishment & I was able to have my 5yo who sat and watched my haircut. That is a game changer to have a place that understands sometimes one needs to have their little ones with them!

This is a great hair salon. I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored here for years and love the stylists, especially Sara! They use Aveda, all natural products, which I love!

Wonderful products that leave my Haaretz shiny and healthy- healthy is the best part! Just knowing that I am using organic, body and eco friendly v hares toxic chemicals makes me feel pleased beyond compare! Sara listens to what I want and is happy to oblige as well as to offer helpful suggestions. She is also incredible with mixing colors to achieve the look that I want! She is a wonderful listener and artist in her field! The staff are friendly and very hospitable! Plus there is also a small gift shop in the back of the building as well as a pet grooming salon in a nearby building. You and your sweet pet come away well coiffed and you can treat a friend, relative or yourself or all of the above to a lovely gift too!!!

Just had my hair colored and cut with Sara and wow just wow! This was my first time at this salon and she did everything I was hoping for. Great consultation to start then when I came in for my actual appointment she did not disappoint. Best feeling knowing your not putting harsh chemicals on your hair and getting all the results in one day. Can't wait to go back and recommend her to everyone!

So, so in love with what Sara did with my hair. Ever since I moved back home from Atlanta, I haven't had a stylist that I really love or could just say "do what you think will work best" and I've really missed that.
