Amazing care from everyone there! So great with my cats! Dr. Klein and her team are cat whisperers! My torty, with major tortitude, had the best visit in her 11 years! No hissing or growling and no injuries! Love their compassion and love for my babies!

Staff was nice. Got me in with my new pet quickly. Vet was pleasant. Nothing bad to say. Would recommend. Price reasonable.

I have worked at two other veterinary practices and have been very fearful to bring Pest to be vetted. I know how these other places handled fractuous cats, which is why I've been giving her a 3yr rabies vax so she only has to leave the house once every three years. I AM overwhelmed with the kindness you all showed Pest. From the "burrito wrap" (ty Dr. Hartz) to the gentle handling by Dr.
Hartz and Sean , (he smooched her head!! It's what we do when she is in the middle of a tantrum) . She has actually been in a great mood since we came home. TY for the wonderful exam and for calling me with the great results of her bloodwork! TY

I have taken my cats to Animal Medical Center of Trappe for 5 years and I have seen all of the vets who work there. I have liked them all and feel they are professional and caring. I do however feel they don't all think outside of the box. My 18 year old cat had chronic ear infections and several vets saw him but kept giving him the same meds. Which seemed to work for a short time then the ear infection would return. My cat was seen by Dr. Rivera the last time which was over a year ago and she gave him different medicine and almost immediately my cat was feeling so much better. His ear infection hasn't returned, he has gained weight and is back to being the mischievous silly old man that he is. I was told by one vet the weight loss and lack of energy comes with old age. But Dr. Rivera took those symptoms into consideration when diagnosing him. I am so grateful and thankful to her for putting in the extra time. She has also recently helped another eldery cat of mine who has had some coughing issues. She is still running tests but I am certain she will find what is bothering him. As far as pricing I think the establishment is a little on the pricey side but the convenience of hours and availability is worth the extra money. Getting an appointment quickly has never been a problem for me.

WOW! I can't say enough good things about the compassion of these people. Both my dogs were experiencing issues. One has arthritis and was limping and not wanting to walk despite being on Rimadyl chronically. The other mysteriously was losing hair in one patch. Testing and treatment for the dog losing her hair was done by Dr Sarah Rivera and it was obvious that she was taking my expenses and the fact that I had two dogs being treated at once into consideration. I really felt cared about, she showed my girl genuine affection, and now the hair is growing back! My limping boy has a birth defect that made his right leg severely crooked and over his lifetime he has developed arthritis and chronic pain. Dr Angelique Truitt took him off of Rimadyl and had him try a monthly injection that is slightly cheaper and has minimal impact or side effects on organs. After the first injection he was still sore and I needed emotional support to carry on and try the second injection. Dr Truitt gave me the support I needed to stick with it and I am so glad I did! He is running around like a puppy and even Rimadyl wasn't doing that for him. The nurses are awesome here too and the reception staff never misses a chance to play with and love on my fur babies. Great all around experience!

My daughter’s bunny was so important to her. We rescued her after she was dumped. Her bunny got very sick overnight and this vet got us an immediate appt in a snow storm, did everything they could for her and then needed to put her to sleep to end her suffering. It was not even a huge cost. They were so kind to my daughter and sent her this lovely card with many hand written notes from the staff. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping ease my baby through her first loss. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

Yesterday you met with our family and patient Reagan for evaluation of seizures. We all can't thank your team enough for your wonderful and kind treatment of Reagan. Very happy with everything. The team put this family at ease dealing with this new adventure with Reagan.

Make getting generic scripts very difficult. Will not electronically communicate with Chewy yet charge more than 4x cost of generic. Make you go archaic with a paper script that needs to be mailed just adding more time on a basic drug for end of life comfort. This is why we started are new pup with Heart & Paw!!!

I’ve always had positive experiences at AMC over the last 10 years, but want to highlight the wonderful service and support I received for my dog, Tyrion, today. He had a dental cleaning and surgery, and every single person from drop off, through surgery, pick up, and payment were so kind and welcoming. I could tell they cared about my dog and his health. Thank you to Dr. Rivera and team for easing my worries and taking such good care of my best friend!
