Ordered hardwood mulch from these guys in 2020 on the recommendation of a neighbor, and everything went smoothly. Flash forward to this year (2022): price quoted for mulch delivery was WAY higher (even though we were ordering less mulch). We expected the price to have gone up a bit--what with the price of EVERYTHING going up--but this seemed surprisingly high. We held off, called around for other prices, and discovered that EVERYONE'S prices were in the same territory. So we called back the next day to proceed with the order--only to be told (nastily) that the price had gone up ANOTHER $100. That just seemed gouge-y, so we ordered from Linvilla. Got more mulch at a lower price with no attitude.

After being led to believe that the service would be covered by the warranty, I was charged a hefty fee ($80 plus tax [$82.42]).
I was told that they suspected the fuel line was clogged; which it was.
They disconnected it,
unclogged it,
reconnected it,
and put $3 worth of gas in.
This was about 14 minutes of work for a whopping $80.42.
I asked for a manager. The worker went in, came out, and said he checked the price with the manager, and the price was correct.
