It is a crap shoot whether you will receive packages. I’ve had two marked delivered (once a hour before mail was delivered to my street, once a hour plus after) that I never received, they’ve held items beyond the requested mail hold with zero communication.

Lady was miserable, to say it the nicest way, and less helpful than an eye dropper in a flood. Wouldnt help send package.

Have never had a bad experience in the building or with any of the mail carriers. They’re always nice and pleasant and our mail carrier is super friendly
