“Great customer service and the best prices around. Adam was super helpful and worked to accommodate the unloading of our shipped storage containers into their indoor storage units. The indoor storage facility is clean and well-lit; the hallways are large enough that maneuvering mattresses and furniture was hassle-free, and the lift took most of the legwork out of getting all of our items up to the second floor. They also offer a wide range of hours for self-access to your units. Overall, a great experience!”

“I got a nice deal for the size unit I got and I was able to start loading it the same day, Trina (sorry if I her name wrong) was friendly and helpful answered all my questions even if I thought they were stupid ones, she gave me a tour even made sure to take me to the unit to make sure I knew where it was and that my lock and everything worked very clean spacious well lit facility and I love that my items are stored indoors in climate controlled units and only those with a special code can get in and they have cameras EVERYWHERE so your stuff is sure to be safe I highly recommend checking em out if you’re looking for a good place for storage”
“Fair pricing and convenient location. It's a 2 level facility with outdoor units as well. I appreciate the 24 hour access and indoor units! It's a very secure building and they offer carts and an elevator for transport of your belongings.”
“They are a good size with a light and average rent. I had mine for 6 months and the cost is causing me not to be able to afford an apartment or home to live in. It does add up especially with extra charges add later. But the owner is nice and Rich. I help that as I am still homeless at 69 and lived with my service animal in my car in a very, very cold winter.”

“The company I work for recently moved offices down the street. The booking process was easy and someone reached out to us promptly to give us a quote. The pricing, although it was not the cheapest quote we acquired, was also not unreasonable. Leading up to moving day there were no surprises, we received our confirmation email, filled out the information, and sent it back. What we were quoted on the phone matched what was on our quote. On moving day, the 3 workers arrived on time and were all cordial. They handled our items with care and moved everything exactly as we had requested. We had 4 offices to move in 2 different buildings and everything went flawlessly. At the end of moving, they asked if there was anything else they could do for us. My desk had been broken in a previous move with a different moving company, so I asked if they were able to take a look and possibly fix the desk. Despite not being a handyman or repair service, they happily took a look at the desk, identified the issue, and promptly fixed it for us. The only small issue we had is when we went to pay. I had asked over the phone if they accepted AMEX, which is the only company card I have. They told me yes, but when I went to pay, I was informed that they weren't really supposed to take American Express. Thankfully, they still ran the payment for me and it all got squared away, but I was a bit nervous for a minute as I didn't want to have to personally expense the movers and get reimbursed. Overall, I had a great experience with Jones Moving & Storage and I would have no trouble recommending them to others. Their information is saved in my phone for the next time we need to move offices!”
