My husband's car was making a rattling sound. When I went to pick up the car, the owner was happy to show me the part of my husband's car that was causing the issue. He was very enthusiastic to show me this part and explain what was going on (which is very helpful considering I don't know much about cars!) Definitely a great family business! Will return!

Very professional and honest even though I am a woman and 78. Earlier poster thought I was taken advantage of for those reasons. False accusation. Dan and company did the correct thing in replacing my daughters 2020 jeep Pirelli tires after 28k miles. I have pictures of back tire almost smooth in middle and wear on other tires. No way they would see 65k miles for which they are warranted. You can trust Dan and company to keep your family cars safe.Services: Tyres

Just got my daughters car back from Rutledge auto (major accident) and could not be happier with the service and workmanship related to the extensive bodywork and paint repair. Dan (owner) was great to work with and handled all aspects of dealing with the insurance company. The work was completed ahead of schedule and we were kept informed along the way. I highly recommend Rutledge auto.

On my way home from work last night my car suddenly was making an awful noise in what sounded like one of the wheels. I wasn't able to see anything but my car also is pretty low to the ground. My usual shop didn't offer anything until next week. I called Rutledge as they're quite close by. They had me stop by within minutes to make sure it wasn't an emergency minimally. Turned out to be a branch wedged under the center of my car! But they also spotted some dangerous tires, and had me look at them. Super thankful for all the help today!
