I just bought a new Ford Bronco Sport Badlands and had the best buying experience ever. Scott was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. There was no pressure. Brandon treated me with respect and gave me a fair deal. I'd highly recommend Sherwood Groves. Scotty Hinckley is the sales person to go to. Takes his time on showing you everything the vehicle has to offer when looking at it. Doesn't pressure you into anything you don't want. Very good customer service from him!

I had an Amazing experience buying my first truck. They showed my all the features of the truck. I was able to test drive it. The final purchase took a while although that was on my end. They waited for me to have the rest of the funds. Then I was able to pick up the truck the same day I took the final check over. I absolutely Love my new truck. I would recommend them and purchase any other vehicles from them. Also I saw quads and generators there too more than just cars and trucks.

I bought a 2024 GMC Serria 1500 TurboMax. Scotty Hinckley was my salesman I never got pressured into buying any trucks that we took a look at. Scotty was very kind,knowledgeable and polite. When I bought the truck Scotty went through all the details of the truck. He also answered all my questions I had for him. Stopped in for the first time today(5/16/24)for an alignment today and was impressed. They took my vehicle right in, so many places say have it there at a certain time and then it sits in the lot for a couple of hours so this pleased me and because of this the work was completed quicker than I was expecting. Great job Sherwood Groves!

Service department is deceptive and doesn't fully disclose possible costs. Had two different people in this service department say one thing to my face and have it end up being something completely different. $250 and no repairs later.

We bought a 2024 Ford Edge Sel.
Scotty Hinckley was our salesman.
We never once felt pressured into buying this car.
Scott was very polite,kind, an knowledgeable.
He walked me through the on screen app an I re-asked question he would walk me through the on screen app again.
Scott had everything set up from phone to car app. I had questions after questions an he answered every one of them.
