Levi Larson was our sales guy. He was very caring and helped every step of the way through my family's purchase of a vehicle. Not only did he always explain everything but he went over and beyond to stay late several nights to meet with me and my family after we got out of work to fill out paper work/answer all of our questions. The customer service here is extremely good even when calling in general at the main desk. Everyone always answered the phone in a polite, happy ton

Not sure about vehicles but highly disappointed with the service on our camper we purchased here. We have taken it twice for the main slide being an issue and was told this time it was a lube service that wasn't done, which we had no idea about, so we had to pay $136, which was never told to us or communicated at all until pick up. My husband is ridiculous on servicing our cars, camper, and boat so if this was told to us we would have done it!! Plus a shower leak was discussed and supposedly nothing was found, I find this gard to believe and I do not think it was checked at all. Very disappointed and hate that we can't shop local now for our camping needs.

I called today to ask info about my Hot water heater in my Class A 2002 Pace Arrow RV. I came back from Florida to early this year and had to have my RV winterized for one month. When I went to use it again my hot water heater would fire but I got no hot water. I was worried my hot water heater bit the dust.. The man in service explained to me that there was a bypass valve and I needed to turn it off. As soon as I got off phone I looked and sure enough it was turned and plug was out of water heater.i replaced and turned bypass and Now I have hot water.. So thankful for your kind man to go the extra mile and save me a trip.. I will be into see you all before I head south again..

After recently being weaseled by Ferarrio's, where I bought my last vehicle... I was reluctant on choosing a new one. I happened to stop by Moore's one day and so glad I did. Vince was great to deal with, I felt very comfortable doing business with him. He was knowledgeable and honest. Currently, I am loving my new Jeep && I'm confident if there is any issues down the road it will be handled professionally, promptly and honestly. Sending all my friends to Moore's!
