I stopped in for brakes thinking I would need to come back to have the work done. They were able to get me right in. They had to have some parts delivered and still had all the work done within a few hours. They constantly kept me updated in what was needed and how long it would be.

I recently bought my first car I brought it to mavis to be looked over and Dustin looked through it and gave a swift review of it and acknowledged me of all my problems I plan on taking it back to have the work done.

Had apt at 8am for 4 new tires, ordered a week in advance. Took 3.5 hours waiting on them to get 4 tires done and an alignment. After returning home found that the tech melted my 4x4 vacuum lines and axle boot while heating the nut to adjust my alignment and never said anything to myself or a manager. Also left the melted rubber from vacuum lines and axle boot on the inside of rim as can be seen in photo.

I got my jeep here fixed, the workers got the job done in a timely fashion and the front desk was very helpful. I also started their credit card service and was really nice for the fact that it started with 3 months, 0 interest. Absolutely amazing place.
