“Small post office, usually I am able to get in and out with no lines. The ladies there are generally pretty friendly and accommodating. Today however a new gentleman I've never seen, was working. I was waiting to be served with 2 large packages and he just sat there watching/listening to his sports channel. No greeting. No acknowledgement. No nothing. It was clear I was standing there with my packages and he ignored me. Very unprofessional and frustrating when this is the least busiest post office I have ever been to. One star off for his terrible customer service. Do your job or don't even bother coming in.”
“I've worked with a lotta post offices in the SE PA area. This is the best I've had experience with, bar none. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They understand my needs as a decent sized customer and make my life easy. I really couldn't ask for more. My total incoming/outgoing volume is around 600 packages a year for perspective. So not a ton but enough for it to be a real pain if they weren't so great.”

“Very good post office, always open on time. Clean friendly atmosphere. Thanks goes out to Tom he is always friendly and does an amazing job. Just an idea if a bin could be set up maybe on the other side of the door going back to the main mail room to drop off pre paid packages such as click n ship, then empty everyday at 10am and 2-3pm this would cut back on long lines.”

“The other post offices in NCC should have to emulate Hockessin post office employees. It is such a pleasant yet rare occurrence that you are treated as a human being when visiting a federal or state facility. Why do I expect to be treated like less of a person or why do we allow them to get away with mistreating the public and a consumer. If your job makes you so miserable you harm another by your actions you should find another job and replace the miserable with clones of Hockessin employees. You have a forever customer in me.
