Precious Hearts Pet Sitting is an amazing service team. We have six wonderful cats, including two with special needs. Krissy and her team not only take extraordinary care with all of them, but also make time to engage with our pets. They are caring, conscientious, communicative and trustworthy. Our cats give them all paws up!

Precious Heart Pet Sitting LLC is the BEST! We have known Krissy and her family for a few years now and they are such genuine and good people . We went away for vacation this summer and needed to know our 8 year old white Shepard was in good hands so we reached out to precious hearts. I felt at ease knowing they were taking care of him. I had picture updates. Our dog was spoiled with lots of treats and love. I cannot say ENOUGH positive things about them. If you need someone to watch your furry friend(s) do not even think any further! Use precious hearts! It is worth every penny!

I am so thankful for Krissy and Precious Hearts Pet Sitting. I moved to Tobyhanna in January and was worried about my dog, Atlas. Despite snow and last-minute calls to work, Krissy was there for my pup. He was always happy and she was knowledgeable and loved working with him. I cannot recommend Precious Hearts enough! They are fantastic and I feel great knowing that my Atlas is in good hands!

Krissy, her husband and brother-in-law are beyond amazing. They provide excellent in home care, as well as grooming services. They have numerous cerrtifications, including CPR. My animals love them! In addition, they send pictures daily. Easy to use website allows you to book numerous days and services in two minutes or less. On top of all that, their prices can't be beat. I can't possibly recommend them highly enough.

After spending thousands of dollars( no exaggeration ) on this agency, we had one request, that they didn't message us in the middle of the night and to send a text message instead of their awful app they force people to use... They responded with " we aren't going to make any special accommodations for you"... Extremely horrible customer service... This business has no idea what they are doing and have no idea how to treat customers, especially the ones that give them so much business... The " owners" of this business also complained about the hours we needed and our dog needing medication, yet.. they are dog sitters! Thats their job! They don't know how to run a "business". I would NOT recommend and would rather have my dogs watch each other than to use them again...

Precious Hearts Pet Sitting is an excellent business. I have had last minute appointments come up and they always accommodate my pets. They come on time, stay the amount of time you request, and always send photos and update you. They are kind, professional, and I could go on forever about how wonderful they are! You will not be disappointed leaving your fur babies in Precious Hearts care!
