“I've used Finish Line in the past and have always had a good experience. I had to use them to fix my vehicle that was damaged on the whole driver side. When I first called them, I spoke to Konrad who provided a comprehensive view of the damage. What impressed me this time around was how they continuously provided me updates via text on the status of the work being done on my vehicle. Anthony also kept in contact with me on the work being done. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was in complete shock. The car looked brand new! The level of detail done to fix my vehicle was superb. Great customer service!”
“We were from CT on a hunting trip to PA when our front left tire completely fell off. After the wrecker delivered us to Rainbow we were back on the road again in an hour and fifteen minutes! We only lost 3 hours total off our trip. These guys were fast, professional, and even though they knew we had to keep driving right away and the fact that they didn’t know me from Adam they treated us fair and without rip off. “I am so very impressed with my entire experience. My teenage son got rear-ended, for the second time (I know). I called our normal body shop in Florence and after three unanswered calls decided to try somewhere new. After one ring to Crones, I made an appointment to bring the car in the next day, Friday, for an estimate. After a mild freakout and a VERY long step by step run down of my sons weekend plans, I decided it was necessary to reschedule. The employee was extremely understanding, even though they had a full schedule for Monday, he said they could squeeze me in. He also gave me info for a rental car if I was going to leave it. When I dropped the car off, a mechanic came out and spent some time looking at the damage and answered my questions. Coolest thing ever. As soon as the estimate was completed, I received a text message with a link to all the paperwork and a completion date! Now my teenager can plan out the longest 8 days he has ever had. lol. The estimate was extremely easy to read and the repair costs were SIGNIFICANTLY lower than what I was charged 5 months earlier for the same parts/same repair at a different shop in Florence. Everything was replaced with OEM parts. I received updates via text and could go to the link at anytime and see specifically what they were working on. They finished the car 3 days early! I gave them a call to verify that the car was ready for pick up that Friday, they told me to come on by and the rental car company will come to them and pick up the rental. It was all so easy. The rear end looks brand new! It looks better than before the accident. There was a few places after the first accident that I could tell a repair was made, not anymore! They did a fantastic job. Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. I go to get into the car and they fixed the broken door handle! This is a 17 year old boys first car, I did not pay for a detail, the inside of the car was completely spotless and it smelled like actual flowers! I am so impressed with this shop!”

“I am dealing with a nightmare situation where a company that rebuilds torque converters is making me go through some program at Autozone instead of just dealing with me directly.I spoke with the manager named Courtney on the autozone side who initially had no idea what i was talking about. But after some short research, she was able to help me get this TCC send to the reman company and has been a TREMENDOUS help throughout this entire experience. She has called me to make sure i am given updates about the process and has given me a sense of security about this R&R program autozone takes part in.Huge shout out to Courtney, she has provided excellent service.”

“Good service, knowledgeable staff (much better than going to most Advanced Auto stores).Although they are not open on Sundays. I’ve gone several times and even the hours they have posted outside do not include Sunday hours. Not sure why they have 10am-2pm listed (and “confirmed”).The picture that shows the outside of the location with the hours is not current. I will take one next time I go by the store and post it.Also, most of the pictures listed for this place are of the deli next door (to the left) not of CarQuest itself.”
