Some staff are friendly, some are not. The prices have seen a surge upwards and unfortunately the store has been putting out a lot of dirty, disgusting items that they never should put out. It poses a safety hazard to the public. Unfortunately, the store has earned the name GreedWill for a reason.
I like when I find something worth the cost, but it seems they rely on donations from Walmart at clearance time and then take the stickers off and sell at more than wal-mart did. :/
When I can find something it's so great, but I think at this point for families trying to find winter gear second hand, you best bet is to go elsewhere because of the prices. The pricing issue is a well-known corporate push right now, not the employee's fault.

One third of the store is brand new junk, one third is high priced clothing, one third is other merchandise like dishes, toys and figurines. Titusville needs a Salvation Army, not a Goodwill store that is linked to Erie and takes profit from all the donated items. The 5 star reviews are from a year or two ago when the prices were lower. A lot of people say you can buy new clothes at Walmart cheaper. The only reason I think people are even shopping at this Goodwill is because we do not have a lot of thrift stores in Titusville. I have been avoiding going into this store, but took my granddaughters because we didn't want to drive out of town. Trust me, it's worth driving out of town to other thrift shops.

Only giving a 2 star because they have raised the price on almost everything and making it tougher to be able to afford stuff. Thought they where they're to help but when u can save money going to Walmart over the Goodwill but ok

Might had well go to Walmart and buy brand new clothes with their prices these days. Everything they get is donated and their prices are expensive

I found what I was looking for, but I didn't like how much new inventory they had vs actual thrift items. I go to goodwill to find old treasures and enjoy the hunt. It is like they are trying to be TJ Maxx and I don't like it. I'd rather see more used/donated items, otherwise this would be a 5 star review.

I freaking love this store. This is the most cheerful, clean, organized Goodwill I have EVER been in. Staff are great, they even take a moment to chat with you and they all smile :) You can tell they like to be there and it feeds the attitude of the store. I will be back A LOT.

I can't believe how CLEAN this place is! It doesnt even have that Thrift Store Smell! They DEFINITELY need more clothes racks, as it's rather difficult to maneuver thru very tightly packed clothes. But overall it's a nice, clean, friendly store.
