I'm surprised this GetGo even has 4 stars based on the staff alone.I recently visited this GetGo on several occasions just to walk out because they're out of certain made-to-order food items (apparently lettuce is one item that is under a lot of market demand or maybe it's just too difficult to make food with it, or maybe they're too incompetent to order it from their supplier.If that's not incompetent enough, maybe the bigger/taller lady who makes your food is. If you're in the mood in dealing with someone who has a bad attitude and is rude towards you for asking for a condiment because she cares just enough to make it look like she tried by giving you one little condiment pack but didn't care enough to give you plasticware, I would recommend this place for that pleasant experience you might be looking for. And if you're really lucky, you might get to experience her talking to you like you're inconvenienceing her too.10/10 would recommend for a low quality unpleasant experience.

I travel here to see family past 5 years I stop here none of the employees can help me with full perks. Tell me they add them and don’t. My daughter worked as a GM for Getgo. She tells me more than any of this staff can. It really isn’t that card to educate your employees about your program.. it makes no sense no one here knows how to do anything. And my daughter can tell them the steps and codes to do fuel perk adjustment’s because they don’t know. I think they are using their own personal information to gain people’s perks… every time I tell them my number nothing goes on. They told me I had $100 off before. I only had $3.00

GetGo has become my favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat around Titusville. Sheetz used to be my go-to for made to order food but I have not been impressed with them lately and started going to GetGo instead.First off, the quality of their ingredients is noticeably better. Everything just tastes a lot more fresh. Their toppings lists are also a lot more extensive than Sheetz. For example, Sheetz build-your-own Nacho topping options only include things like basic nacho cheese, plain white rice and black beans, salsa, canned jalapeños, thWhereas at GetGo they have toppings like hot queso blanco, Mexican rice, refried beans, cholula hot sauce, etc.Not to mention the PRICE DIFFERENCE!At GetGo I’m given a mound of nachos completely covered in toppings for only $3.50. The same thing at sheetz (with less toppings) comes to nearly $7.00 and it’s about 1/3 of the portion.The main complaint I really have here is that they’re slower to make food, but I think it’s just because they’re not usually as busy as Sheetz so they don’t have designated workers for the food area.I 100% recommend GetGo to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet or who has had a bad experience in the past.

Used to love their subs so much I would stop everytime I went through.That ranch sub roll was the best I ever had anywhere! I mean who gets excited about a sub roll?!! It really was phenomenal!Now the sub is getting smaller by the day, there is no more ranch roll, no more chicken salad, hell they can't even warm steak...I could continue but you probably get the point.It's sad how far downhill the quality of Get Gos food has become.I have no choice but to find somewhere else.Thanks for ruining a good thing ?
