Honestly, not too bad of a company to deal with. Customer service is pretty good. I did wish the website was more user friendly, but overall they were decent to have to pay off our home loan.

BSI answered my text msg. They called to follow up. Explained the answer to my satisfaction. Felt good to have a company follow up so quickly. Good customer service. Keep it up
