Back when Byron was in the shop on a daily basis, we had great service there. Since he is no longer in the office on a daily basis.(Haven’t seen him there in over a year) The service has gone downhill!
I recently had them change all of the fluids in my truck. I was charged $90 for 3 gallons of premix antifreeze,(My truck only takes 1.8 gallons!) The oil and transmission fluids were dripping onto my driveway when I got home. Even though they charged me the labor and the cost for the rear differential fluid, they never did the change! It appeared they couldn’t get the drain plug out and gave up, but I still got charged for it!
Bottom line… Closely review your invoice, they like to keep the details at a bare minimum.
Make sure you’re only paying for what they did and what they used!

Had a slow leak in a tire and stopped by to see what was the problem. Made a morning appointment the previous day. Arrived and about 20 minutes in the shop, then they pulled out of the shop. All fixed. Tire was leaking around the bead of the rim. Professional and courteous! Great service!
