About Tioga County Rest Area
Tioga County Rest Area is a good spot to stop on the highway. It has a large visitor’s center with a nice view out back and amazing views from the parking lot. The restrooms are super clean and the vending area is nice. Staff members are friendly and ask if you need help. The welcome center is full of info about PA, maps, displays, and even helps you book a hotel. There are display cases in the left hallway with items made and distributed in PA, a learning experience. Families love this place for stretching legs after a long drive. It is top tier, free, and has knowledgeable staff.

This was a definitely a good spot to stop at. I just found it randomly off the side of the road had amazing views, clean restrooms. ❤️
