“Thank you for calling me and taking time to fix the spiraling levels of confusion. It's much appreciated. It is nice to have a bank call and communicate to fix problems and answer questions. But it's something more when they call and confront and fix issues that boiled over due to human emotions. I gained alot of respect for the employee who called me this morning.
